Sono stato a cena con la mia fidanzata in questa splendida villa nel centro di Vinci. Già la location merita una menzione speciale perché finemente ristrutturata. con una terrazza all’aperto che vi farà godere delle splendide e calde serate d’estate. I piatti sono un’esplosione di sapori finemente rivisitati dallo chef, piatti della tradizione toscana ma anche italiana tra cui una rivisitazione della lasagnetta di cui mi sono innamorato perdutamente e che mi ha rievocato alla mente i sapori delle domeniche in famiglia! Carta dei vini superlativa che lascia un piacevole imbarazzo per chi come il sottoscritto, ne è amante! Infine ma non per ultimo una menzione al personale di sala, che è sempre stato impeccabile e attento ad ogni esigenza durante tutto l’arco della cena, spiegandoci anche ogni portata presentata dallo chef!! Torneremo presto.
