Bonjour, en déplacement professionnel habituel sur la région d'EPINAL la réservation faite par un outil interne. Le soir, les employés ne retrouvent pas mon nom. Ils font au mieux ＞ rien à dire. Piscine sympa également. Le restaurant : très bon, cuisine raffiné et service OK même si un peu onéreux (entrée + plat à 39 €) Le matin, le patron me fait une remontrance sur la mauvaise saisie dans la réservation que j'aurais faite (jamais eu de problème auparavant dans de nombreux autres hôtels autour d'Epinal), ne m'écoute pas, ne se remet pas en question et me facture 10 € pour erreur de résa... 1ère et dernière fois. Je n'irais plus malgré le cadre sympa et les employés actifs.

Bien sur le papier, l’expérience a tourné au vinaigre assez rapidement à cause du comportement odieux du propriétaire (c’est un fait connu si j’en crois quelques échanges avec des personnes de la région). Manifestement, ce n’est pas par goût du service qu’il gère cet établissement. Et l’absence d’offre concurrente autour n’arrange rien. L’équipe autour fait ce qu’elle peut, merci à elle. Le restaurant est pas mal en comparaison. Gros pb de wifi qui a du mal à arriver dans les chambres.

Das Hotel ist ganz klasse und sehr interessant eingerichtet. Die Business Zimmer eher " normal" eingerichtet aber OK. Richtung Park sehr ruhig. Das Innen Schwimmbad ist " net" um ein paar kleine Länge zu ziehen. Große Schiebefenster. Sicherlich um so schöner wenn die Sonne scheint. Der Restaurantsalle ist sehr angenehm. Die Speisen sind wunderschön presentiert und schmecken farbelhaft ! Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Menüpreis über € 49,00 ist auf jeden Fall gerechtsfertig. Früchtücksbuffet mit SEHR viel Auswahl und sehr schmackhaft.

La décoration ainsi que les manières ne suffisent pas à en faire un restaurant gastronomique. Surcote de 30% pour la restauration. viande trop cuite malgré une demande saignante, accompagnement très très léger.

My husband and I stayed here for the last night of our holiday before heading back to the UK in early June. Plenty of parking, easy check-in and we booked a table for dinner that evening. We had a lovely swim in the indoor pool, a relax on the sunbeds and later enjoyed the most marvellous dinner in the hotel's restaurant! The food was amazing! Full credit to the chefs! It was all delicious and beautifully presented. This hotel and restaurant has been a family business for many years and long may it continue. Very pleasant stay, lovely owners and staff. Tres bien!

Je déteste ces hôtels qui ouvrent à 16 hrs les conciergeries, ou même si la déco est sympa ne contrebalance pas un service et ici il y a zéro services ! Donc j ai pas aimé et je ne reviendrais pas sauf le jour de la vente aux enchères pour acheter quelques objets

Les + : - chambre agréable, literie confortable - lieu calme - hôtel vaste et plutôt lumineux - le restaurant est excellent, formule étape éco intéressante - possibilité de mettre son vélo à l'abri dans un garage Le - : - accueil froid (il ne s'agit que d'une personne), pourrait gagner en sympathie et dispenser un minimum d'informations à l'arrivée (où se trouve le restaurant, le lieu de prise du petit-déjeuner (endroit différent), le fait que la piscine soit fermée...)

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et un enfant. Nous sommes arrivés et n’avons eu qu’un lit double. Il nous a été répondu que nous n’avions qu’à réserver une deuxième chambre pour notre enfant et que nous n’étions pas client de l’hôtel. Effectivement cela ne risque plus d’arriver. Qui laisse un enfant seul dans une chambre d’hôtel ? Bref le problème a été difficilement réglé et le personnel est très désagréable. Nous somme venue pour un événement d’une centaine de personnes. Tous ceux qui sont venus à cet hôtel ont eu le même avis. Plus jamais
