O atendimento no check in foi ótimo, atendente bem solicita, Studio confortável com o necessário para uma boa estadia. O apart hotel fica próximo ao RER, numa zona residencial, mas com quitanda, mercado e restaurante próximos. Já me hospedei 2 vezes e indico.

Excellente résidence à deux pas du bois de Vincennes. RER A à 9 minutes et bus à proximité. Supérette et nombreux restaurants. Parking abordable. Centre aquatique juste en face. Studios propres et fonctionnels, pdj qualitatif et personnel aux petits soins. Mention spéciale aux équipes d'étage, un travail formidable.

Le linge de maison n'est pas changé quand il faut donc il fallait constamment le réclamer. Par la suite, on m'a proposé pour un plus long séjour, un hébergement pour 7 mois avec une caution de 300 euros. Ce que j'ai accepté puisque le prix était intéressant, c'est à dire à 35 euros la nuitée. 4 mois après mon départ, je n'ai jamais récupéré ma caution. Je n'ai jamais non plus récupérer mes factures. Pourtant, j'ai toujours réglé mes loyers avec quelque jours d'avance et le logement a été rendu nickel. Aujourd'hui, le 02/10/2024 à 18h45, la standardiste de l'accueil me déclar que je ne qu'à voir avec le service gestion et s'est permise de me raccrocher au nez. Je ne l'ai pas insulté et donc je lui ai jamais manqué de respect et pourtant elle s'est permise de me raccrocher au nez. A savoir, que j'ai fait plusieurs réclamations par mail et toujours rien.

Arrivant tardivement les consignes pour entrer et récupérer les cles etaient tres claires. Proprete dans la salle de bain sous le lavabo a revoir.
Petit bémol sur le lit demandé mais l'erreur a ete rectifiée le lendemain. Malheureusement l'agent qui a changer les matelas s'est permis de fouiller dans le frigo et de manger un de nos chocolats qui ne lui a pas plu puisqu'il y avait des taches au sol lorsqu'il a jeter ce chocolat a la poubelle. Signalé a l'accueil à notre départ .
Le chocolat on s'en moque mais le vol c autre chose . Heureusement nous n'avions rien laissé en argent ou de valeurs en notre absence. Petit dej diversifié. Sur le site a la réservation il etait a 11€ . Dans les locaux note à 8€ et finalement il nous a coûté 6€ prix du moment.
