Hotel muy tranquilo ,habitación con terraza se veía lateralmente el mar ,disponía de bañera quizás para personas un poco mayores como nosotros un n poco incómodo por lo demás bien limpio y amplitud ,ascensores suficientes sin demasiado tiempo de espera , el buffet correcto variedad y siempre había paellas variadas muy buenas. Servicio de mesas eficiente y recepción atentos . Bien situado a 800metros del centro de. vinaroz ,playa a 4 minutos del hotel ,y bonito paseo por los alrededores con numerosos restaurantes .

Nos alojamos en los estudios porque nos gusta tener cocina. De ahí nuestra sorpresa al llegar al estudio y ver que la cocina estaba cerrada con candado y tenía un cartel que decía que consultaramos en recepción, porque veníamos de ahi y no nos habían dicho nada. Al hacer el check in nos solicitaron un número de tarjeta para cubrir cualquier daño ocasionado en el estudio. Cuando volvemos a recepción para preguntar por qué la cocina está bajo llave, nos piden otra fianza, esta vez en efectivo, de 50 euros para cubrir cualquier desperfecto. Realmente, no sé con qué tipo de clientes están acostumbrados a trabajar y si no confían en ellos, pero esta es la primera vez que alquilo un apartamento o estudio y me encuentro con esta situación de doble fianza. Al final, con la cocina bajo llave, no entiendo por qué piden fianza con el número de tarjeta, esto ningún hotel lo hace. En fin, la atención del personal muy buena. Estuvimos con media pensión. El desayuno bien, el café de la máquina es bueno. La cena bien, poca carne y platos sencillos. La piscina está en el hotel, así que hay que salir a la calle para ir a ella. El mini balcón con sólo una silla y sin lugar para colgar ni siquiera los bañadores El parking es de pago.

Booked this through a holiday app with flights ect. Very plesently supprised. Room very nice with plenty of space, TV & settee, fridge. Did have a small kitchen that was locked, but you paid extra for that (as for the safe) a lot of places now charge for extras that others supply free. Did have a microwave but no kettle, missed our cups of tea. Rooms clean and done daily. The food was excellent, great selection as good as most cruise ships. The female staff worked nonstop and quickly in the dining room, the male put him self on the counter and let them do it. Overall we had no complaints and would go back again.
