El hotel es MUY lindo y elegante, nos gustó mucho. Hubiera puesto 4 o 5 estrellas de no ser por lo siguiente: - Lo elegimos por el restaurante y el bar. Pensábamos tomarnos algo en la terraza mirando la bahía de Valparaíso, pero nos dijeron que la dueña estaba de vacaciones y ella se encargaba de eso. En serio? Se va la dueña de vacaciones y el hotel baja de inmediato su categoría? Creo que sin el restaurante ni el bar funcionando incluso debieran cobrar menos. Nos pasaron una lista de restaurantes con delivery, pero creo que no es la solución. Tampoco se avisa que no están funcionando. - La habitación era linda, pero faltaba mantención y mejor calidad de los muebles. El armario era de aglomerado, de muy baja calidad, lo que contrastaba con los veladores, que eran antiguos y preciosos. - La grifería del baño y el porta papel higiénico estaban sueltos. No cuesta nada apretar 3 tornillos. - El estacionamiento es muy pequeño, cosa que no se advierte tampoco. Nos pidieron 3 o 4 veces para pedirnos que moviéramos el auto. Al final optamos por dejarlo fuera. - La cama tenía solamente la sábana que va por el lado del colchón, y no la de arriba, por lo que había que dormir directamente en contacto con la colcha, y nadie asegura que la laven luego de cada uso. En resumen, un lindo hotel que con una buena administración, un chef, carta de tragos e inversión podría transformarse en un hotel de lujo, pero que apenas cumple con ser lindo.

Bonito, elegante, tranquilo y reservado, con muy buenas vistas y cálida atención. Ideal para el relajo y descanso a otro nivel. Cuenta con masajes y se ubica en una zona bastante segura, y está frente a una bonita y gran plaza con 100 palmeras chilenas.

Un lugar muy cómodo y romántico. Lo recomiendo para ir en pareja y con calma. Se ubica en Recreo y es medio complicado para ir en auto, ya que el estacionamiento es muy pequeño. Hay que considerar que es un hotel boutique para salidas románticas, teniendo pocas piezas y casi ningún espacio inclusivo para personas con movilidad reducida. Es un hotel con una vista hermosa, limpio y con grandes piezas. El aseo está bien y la cama es muy cómoda. Un punto a trabajar es el desayuno, no es muy variado, a veces se acaban cosas y hay que estar molestando a la persona que está en la cocina.

Hotel maravilloso de inicio a fin, la casa hermosa, excelente ubicación y vista, el personal amable y atento. Estuvimos tres días y no encontramos desayuno variado, pero todo estuvo bien. Recomiendo, seguro que vuelvo y los elijo en mi próxima visita a Viña. Nos vemos pronto! 🌞

Our room faced the street, not the ocean; you'll want to request the ocean side if you go; the street side is NOISY with fighting dogs and cats during the night, and many buses and cars in the morning. They can 'accept up to 7 cars'; parking is a challenge - especially if someone needs to move their car for you and they are not there onsite / cant be found. Friendly staff, and they want to make your stay a good experience.

The hotel has no AC and my room, while having a lovely view, would be 85 degrees F in the afternoon and early evening. The "fan" in the room barely worked, making the room inhospitable. It claimed to have a restaurant other than breakfast - it consisted of 3 items. The one I selected, lasagna, was a grocery microwaved dish which I only had when the guy at the front desk couldn't help me order delivery and didn't tell me that there was a grocery around the corner (the location is terrible in terms of convenience). I paid for 5 nights and left after 2 as I couldn't sleep in that heat. While I don't expect everyone in a foreign country to speak English, the "front desk clerk" didn't even understand the term "check out". A couple I was traveling with had a toilet that wobbled and was unsafe and they didn't even try to fix it. It was so bad I didn't even ask for my money back for the remaining 3 nights and checked into the Sheraton which was great.
