I had the most disappointing "relaxing" massage there! Also make sure you take a picture of what is in the mini firdge upon check-in and check-out. They added a list of items that we did not even have! What bothered us the most was their accusationary tone and persistence to try to charge for a list of items that we clearly didn't have! It was very indignifying and ruined our cheerful mood. Maybe staff needs to be trained better to handle such situations better for the future and other guests. The only positive is that sunset view and location are good. So were the Inca Tern birds nesting near there.

I would not recommend this hotel. The massage treatments are a waste of time and money. The person who gave us the massage, didn't know what they were doing. I am certain that they just hired anyone to do the job. It was so bad that we had to cancel the other treatments we prebooked. We felt robbed and was so shocked at the experience. Between, us we can give a better massage. Even the most basics as massaging the back was unsatisfying, we couldnt wait for this experience to finish. But the most moving event we had which made us write this review is at check out. We were accused of using many items from the mini bar even though we only had a bottle of water. Upon asking for evidence of the items they said we used, the staff then couldn't provide evidence of some of the items they said we used however we explained that we only had a water so we are not paying for anything else. We are people who are not fussy and let alot slide but not this accusation. It is disgusting and ruined the whole experience. This was very irritating and disrespectful. When we were leaving, all 3 staff at reception were smiling and said have a good day. I didnt want to even look at them. A bunch of liars.

No piden tu opinion : te cargan una "propina" a pagar, sea lo que sea! La habitacion bastante deceptionante y por seguro no vale el precio pagado ! todo viejo y un tipo en la reception bastante desagradable. Punto positivo : el estacionamente. Pues, fuimos una vez pero nunca mas... No vale el precio para nada.

Excelente experiencia. Sólo críticas constructivas. Es importante contar con estacionamiento cubierto, es muy fácil de lograr, está el espacio para hacerlo con una simple media sombra. El borde de la piscina debe tener una cubierta antideslizante, es peligroso y fácil sufrir caídas. El resto es excelente, pero los platos deben ser más abundantes, lo gourmet no significa escaso. El personal es realmente muy eficiente y educado, mención especial para todos ellos.

Un verdadero desastre, Unos Mentirosos. Dicen tener restaurante Y NO TIENEN NADA. El desayuno, peor que de una carcel. No se hacen cargo de las mentiras. El Dueño, es el peor de todos. Nos negaron servicio de restaurante por que tenian un grupo de 10 personas y segun ellos, no podian atender más que eso. NO LO RECOMIENDO por ningún motivo.
