Hotel y Centro de Conferencias de Encanto ubicado en Reñaca, cerca de Viña del Mar ! Edificio de calidad en un contorno natural único con su cerro de eucaliptos, pilate con plantas acuáticas y jardín, piscina ! El desayuno buffet es excepcional y el Personal muy atento !

El lugar es un escape de la ciudad, muy tranquilo, bien atendido. La comida del restaurante es exquisita. La atención en el SPA y sus piscinas fueron de lo mejor. Pasamos un maravilloso fin de semana en pareja. Lo recomiendo para disfrutar una escapada romántica.

lindo lugar, pero detalles oscurecieron el bosque
Dos cosas a mejorar, primero, te hacen isncribir en un horario de desayuno que tiene cierta franja, llegamos en ella 5 minutos despues de comenzada la franja y no habia mesas disponibles, era esperar hasta que se dignara alguien a seder su puesto o nada, fue lo ultimo.
Segundo, y peor, al momento de querer reversar la garantia de la tarjeta, perdi 45 minutos que podria haber estado en cualquier parte menos en la recepción

Comparando precio-calidad, es un buen hotel! Buena atención y bellos lugares de áreas verdes y recreación, la piscina exterior, muy grande y cómoda. Las piscinas temperadas son pagadas, es lo único fome, ya que deberían ser gratis, por la estadía!

Una experiencia maravillosa e increíble. La mejor atención y servicio al cliente. Las instalaciones son perfectas para descansar y pasar una estadía más que agradable. El restaurante maravilloso al igual que el spa y la piscina temperada. Lo mejor es que es un lugar pet friendly.

Espectacular!! El entorno es hermoso, lleno de árboles, y la cama es extra cómoda y el personal muy amable. El desayuno bueno. Nos gustó muchísimo el lugar para descansar. El spa también bueno. Caminando 20 mins se llega hasta la playa, o en auto. 6 minutos.
