A great location in the heart of Viña two blocks from the beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful. If I return to Viña I will definitely stay there again.

Solo con llegar al hotel se respira una cultura orientada hacia los huéspedes, la amabilidad de la dueña y de todo el staff es insuperable, colaboraron para que nuestras vacaciones en familia sean mas que un 10 !!! Nos hospedamos durante 9 días en una habitación triple IMPECABLE, el desayuno es muy rico, y todo el ambiente se enmarca en el respeto y la amabilidad... Durante nuestra estadía fue el cumpleaños de uno de nosotros y todos se encargaron que sea un día inolvidable (en todos los detalles). Definitivamente los elegiríamos nuevamente, solo palabras de agradecimiento.

El mejor hotel en el cual me hospedó en mi viaje a Chile, todo el personal es tan amable, está tan pendiente y siempre con una sonrisa, la habitación con balcón, baño enorme, closet con caja fuerte, frigobar, cama enorme y cómoda, uff y sin olvidar el desayuno mas delicioso que he probado (Panqueque con dulce de leche, omelette, café, fresco y agua pura.
Desde Guatemala puedo decir que este hotel boutique es la mejor decisión que tome durante todo mi viaje.

Hotel está simplesmente destruido não sei porque dão nota alta a este hotel, todos os quartos bem velhos , Paredes com mofos e descascando ar condicionado e frigobar não funcionam , banheiro um nojo rejuntes velhos só mofo ,acho que deveriam ser mais criteriosos no avaliar e não se deixar levar pela simpatia do proprietário, as instalações estão acabadas , sem comentários

This hotel is very unique. Run by an independent owner who's very passionate about slowly improving the hotel, giving her customers great experiences and socially empowering those less fortunate. The owner herself runs around, managing the front desk, making breakfast in the morning, training the staff (mostly with down syndrome), and managing improvements on the property. The room was light and roomy, the bed was pretty comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom - it was dated but again, she is making improvements. The door to the shower was small, I was able to fit but I'm fairly skinny; I can imagine those with a bigger frame may not be able to fit. The shower's small and low (I'm 6'2); but good enough. It's close to the water and walking distance to everything. There's also a Metro nearby and uber is easily available as well. It's not a 4 or 5 star hotel, it doesn't claim to be but it does provide a 5 star friendly and welcoming service.
