Dit familiehotel kenmerkt zich door schone (bad)kamers, goede restaurant-voorzieningen en een zeer gastvrije benadering door de hoteleigenaren. Het diner hebben we bijna elke keer in de tuin kunnen gebruiken en smaakte voortreffelijk! Kortom: een aanrader!

We stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve. Large and clean room, the location of the hotel is excellent because it is located halfway from Merano and Bolzano and if one does not want to use the car it is well served by public transport, bus and train. The stops are a few meters from the structure. The owners are super nice and welcoming.

What a wonderful surprise finding this hotel, restaurant, and bar. Great staff! Very welcoming! Superb quality! Very relaxing environment. The outside sitting area was great for having a wine after a day's drive. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Piccolo hotel con parcheggio privato sul davanti. Le camere decisamente con arredamento anni '70. Senza ascensore. Prenotato una tripla. In realtà la camera si presentava come una doppia con un lettino aggiunto, Mezza pensione senza possibilità di scelta. Buono il servizio. Possibilità di tenere le bici in una stanza chiusa. Prezzo troppo alto per il soggiorno offerto.

Camere ampie e puliti, staff e personale sempre pronto e disponibile. Colazione a buffet ricca e di qualità. Ottima posizione per raggiungere Merano, Bolzano e diverse infrastrutture sciistiche. Adagiato in un piccolo paese, Vilpiano, l'hotel ci ha regalato un soggiorno indimenticabile. I padroni di casa ci hanno accolto con un'ospitalita' unica . Ci hanno fatto sentire il calore della nostra terra. La location, con lo giusto spirito natalizio , è vicina alla stazione di pulman e treno. Tranquilla, conserva la tradizione di una buona cucina varia e di alta qualità. Bisogna obbligatoriamente ritornarci. Grazie ancora.

La posizione è infelice, a ridosso di un incrocio stradale, ma molto comoda per visitare la zona. Hotel normale, medio o mediocre a seconda dei punti di vista. Accoglienza un po’ fredda. Capisco il periodo, ma davvero troppo costoso per il tipo di struttura. Attenzione alla colazione: se d’interesse meglio prenotarla in anticipo (circa 7€ a testa) perché aggiungerla in struttura costa ben 19€, cifra assolutamente esagerata in rapporto a quanto offerto.

Booked here because those known to us didn't have room. Hotel that does not look like a three star. We were given an attic room on the second floor without a lift with velux which obviously did not open completely, no air conditioning, TV with only two channels visible (and listenable), luckily also the bathroom with velux (and therefore it was possible do a minimum of air circulation at night). Small pool with very little space around it. Half board without the possibility of choosing the menu; dined at the tables in the bar and not in the dining room with the smoke of the patrons of the outside tables entering. Still good food, good choice of wines; very nice owner who speaks 4 languages. Good breakfast.
