Incredible! Ranks as high as any Waldorf, but 83 suites! First Class cuisine, tremendous staff! Don’t even think twice - and the spa…. Ahhhh, it compares well to any Finnish sauna (no extra charge). The front desk was on the ball— AC was on excellent- when in heat of August

Hotel Pacai Europese geschiedenis. Dit paleis werd in 1677 opgetrokken voor de groothertog van Litouwen. Zowel tsaar Alexander I als Napoleon zou vanaf het balkon genoten hebben van het uitzicht op de oude binnenstad. Het pand overleefde het Sovjetregime en is vandaag nog steeds een highlight. Een uitgebreide renovatie, hedendaagse snufjes en abstracte kunstwerken zijn in evenwicht met de originele vloeren, zuilen en barokke details. En de renovatie is ook zeer geslaagd te noemen. Ze hebben mij in kamer 321 gestopt. Met alles er op en er aan. Prachtige badkamer, helaas alleen met bad waar je ook moet douchen. (Voor iemand op leeftijd niet altijd handig) De weg naar je kamer kent vele trappetjes en je moet even je weg vinden. Bij mooi weer een prachtig terras. Restaurant bar ook in schitterende ruimtes. En je eet hier, niet goedkoop, maar voortreffelijk. Locatie is natuurlijk ook niets mis mee. Prachtig in het oude gedeelte van de stad. De hele stads compact en je loopt zo binnen korte tijd overal naar toe. Tv is wel een drama hij valt uit of plotseling een stilstaand beeld. Geen pretje om het nieuws te volgen. Ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid. En ook de stad is een gezellige stad om te verblijven.

Excellent hôtel en plein centre de Vilnius, un vrai havre de paix. Cet hôtel est une vrai perle au niveau du design avec une décoration moderne tout en étant très cocooning. Grandes chambres très bien équipées. Personnel au petit soin et superbe petit déjeuner/buffet.

Doesn’t feel like a 5 start hotel at all… from staff to food.. Seems like a front desk don’t know what they are doing or they just don’t care.. Staff needs to do more training on costumer services… wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who want to enjoy their holiday

I’m disappointed with the costumer services… the staff don’t even know what they are doing .. or they just lying straight away because it’s easier for them than to do their job and explain for a person that it’s not possible to exchange a card when you give a deposit with the other one… what is the point to lie??

We had a 3 night stay at Hotel Pacai in a 3rd floor room. The hotel is well-run; the location in the heart of the Old Town is convenient for tourism; the room was attractively decorated in a modern style, very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast served in the dining room, with patio seating in good weather was excellent. We had dinner one night in the bar when the dining room was closed due to a private event; the food was very good. My only complaint is that there was a DJ for this private party. Our room was above the bar and we heard the thumping sound of the bass that kept us awake until after midnight and we had to be up in the early morning.

Rooms were very comfortable; we had adjoining rooms with our teen children. The breakfast was outstanding! The location is perfect for an Old Town visit…easy walking just about anywhere. The service was also fantastic…great stay! Highly recommend.

This hotel, in a totally modernized beautiful old mansion in the heart of the Old City of Vilnius, is wonderfully located. The hotel staff, particularly Chris, is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The sound proofing is good, although as some have mentioned, blackout curtains would be nice in the months that the sun doesn't seem to set. The breakfast is ample and the servers do a good job of making sure that you have all that you need. A made to order menu is also included. Our only negative experience was with the dinner we had one night. The service was mediocre and not friendly. The food was mediocre, as well, and certainly not up to the standards that the rest of our experience here led us to believe we would have. We ate outdoors and it was quite loud.
