Hôtel avec certain membre du personnel très incorrecte limite agressif des qu,'on arrive on est livré à nous même aucune information on est contrôlé toute les 23 secondes J' ai fait beaucoup d'hôtel mercure pour moi c'est le pire celui-là a touché le fond !!!!

I love the location and the room I stayed in. Very neat and tidy room and toilet. I had breakfast included and breakfast was good (not Halal); I opted for fruits, yogurt and bread. It not a five star hotel though it has good services. My room was a roadside one and I had nice views. Tram stop was located very close to the hotel and Railway Station is few minutes walk. Shops and restaurants are located nearby areas. The famous Parc de la Tete D'Or or Gold Head parc is located very close. Taxi can be hailed from the door of the hotel. Good services.

Le plus difficile est de trouver l'accès au garage, ensuite tout va bien. Accueil d'une grande gentillesse, chambre spacieuse et bien conçue, petit balcon (impraticable à cause du bruit du trafic). Petit déjeuner très convenable, mais toujours trop cher. Localisation parfaite pour une visite du Parc de la Tête d'or.

Excellent emplacement pour cet hôtel proche des transports et avec un parking. Prix correct, restaurant un peu cher mais beaucoup d’options tout près.pas de vue depuis notre chambre mais c’est ok pour une nuit. Très calme et bon accueil tout au long du séjour.

Un exellent hôtel. Très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités et à distance raisonnable de Part Dieu, que l'on peut aisément rejoindre à pied pour ceux qui ne veulent pas prendre le métro ou le tram qui sont tous deux juste en face de l'hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. J'ai pu bénéficier d'un surclassement dans une chambre privilège et elles sont magnifiquement décorée, et très bien pensée. En étage haut, vous aurez aussi une belle vue sur le quartier de la Part Dieu. Certaines ont même un balcon. Le restaurant est très bien, les plats sont bon et changent souvent. Petit plus pour les desserts qui sont toujours délicieux, même les plus simples seront sublimés pour une expérience gustative remarquable. Un très bon hôtel que je recommande vivement.

Ce Mercure proche du centre ville propose des prestations très agréables ; garage sous terrain indispensable en centre ville ; restauration très bonne et service sans reproche. Les chambres sont bien équipées et confortables ; la déco est plutôt triste et sombre. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour Lyon
