El hotel es muy bonito, las instalaciones muy bonitas bien cuidadas, cómodas. Las habitaciones espectaculares. La atención es buena sin embargo les falta experiencia a los meseros. Y la comida es bastante regular, nada destacada.

El hotel tiene una vista espectacular, rodeado de naturaleza, la comida es buena, la atención del personal es buena, los precios de la comida si nos parecieron un poco elevados. Estuvimos en el glamping Monarca es privado con tina de agua caliente, la cama cómoda. Puntos en contra no tiene puerta ni ventana, solo unas cortinas por lo que no hubo un buen descanso durante la noche por el ruido del viento. La piscina comunal no la usamos pues estuvo muy nublado.

Una buena infraestructura, pero mucho por mejorar en servicio. Por el nivel de precio, deberían tener un gerente con mejor nivel de servicio. La comida es buena, pero no así la atención, los horarios ni la toma de los pedidos. La piscina no es climatizada, asi que nadie se metió el fin de semana. Hay algunos items de la carta totalmente salidos de precio: una limonada $ 12.000 pesos? Varias cosas por mejorar

La comida en general es pésima excepto los desayunos Colchones cómodos Glamping no se duerme bien Habitación solárium muy buena pero calentador de agua dañado El acceso al hotel es compleja por la subida para los vehículos Atencion de personal es buena Recepcionistas muy queridas y personal en general amable Piña colada a base de helado de vainilla 👎🏻 La salchipapa cara y fea La comida de 31 dic un fiasco completo, decía claramente arroz cremoso de mariscos, y llego un pegote de camarotes. Portobellos apanados y llegaron unos champiñones tradicionales más apanados Recomendación no hacer uso del restaurante. Solo el desayuno

Gastronomia de alta calidad, almorzamos con unos lomos San Nicolas y San Roque muy recomendados, la atención de su personal espectacular, la vista hacia el valle es hermosa, el lugar con un muy buen diseño interior y exterior. No dejen de visitarlo o pasar un buen fin de semana!!
