Villa Velvet

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment with a garden. The rooms were clean and accommodating. The kitchen fulfilled the basic requirements and we mainly used it to boil water. As there was no dishwasher you had to wash by hand. The kitchen also sported a washing machine that we used a couple of times. We were four persons so we used the sofa bed. The beds were good and both rooms had AC units to control the temperature. It was a bit noisy perhaps but as we were there during a heat wave it made it much easier to sleep. The garden seemed nice but it was too warm to stay outside except in the evening in our case, but then there were too many mosquitoes. We used it to dry our bathing clothes. Villa velvet is located very strategically with close proximity to the beach and to the Intermarché supermarket. You can also quickly access the highway to Antibes or Nice. The location was the best property in our case together with the clean and fresh rooms. The only thing that I would not on is that there is no wash basin in the room with the toilet so you had to wash up in the kitchen or in the shower room. No big problem really but it was not something we had noticed when booking the hotel.

I enjoyed all the amenities and decor in the room. An easy 10 minute walk to the bus stop . The safety of the neighborhood. I appreciated how clean it was and the clear, immediate communication from the property manager.
