Réservation faite le 26 février d'une nuit d'hôtel pour assister au concert d'Imagine Dragons le 23 juillet. Coût de la chambre : 305,66 euros tout de même. Suite à un cas de force majeure ( maladie neurologique ), je contacte l'hôtel pour prendre le temps de leur expliquer la situation très particulière, l'impossibilité de se déplacer suite à avis médical, et la demande exceptionnelle d'annulation et de remboursement. Nous sommes un mois et demi avant la nuit en question, l'hôtel a donc LARGEMENT le temps de pouvoir se retourner et de remettre en vente la dite chambre. Deux longs coups de téléphone au standard, un renvoi par mail détaillé est demandé pour que la direction, je cite, " puisse PRENDRE LE TEMPS d'étudier et de prendre en compte ce cas ". 30 min pour rédiger un mail avec tous les détails, et une minute après, oui vous lisez bien, une minute, réponse de la direction " Votre chambre n'est pas remboursable. Point ". Moralité : Humanité, ZERO, empathie, ZERO, prise en compte d'une situation exceptionnelle, ZERO, considération du client, ZERO, escroquerie, 100%. Avis éclairé à tous les futurs potentiels clients, fuyez cet hôtel malhonnête, dont le seul but est d'encaisser l'argent, pour rappel 305,66 euros, quoi qu'il en coûte, pour une chambre qui sera inoccupée.

Hôtel à top et personnel bienveillante. Propreté au top. Disponibilité du personnel au top. Petit déjeuner pas très garnis mais la bienveillance du personnel de la cuisine nous fait oublier ce détail. Parking au top et des commerces à proximité. Station d’essence pas loin et autoroute pour Paris juste à côté. 5/5 .

Le personnel est en nombre plus que réduit et donc incapable de faire face au service qu´on peut attendre : Un buffet de petit déjeuner vide, l’ensemble des tables non débarrassées, une seule personne pour faire le travail.
