No speakers, music amplifiers, live music, DJ or karaoke are allowed outside or inside of the house AT ALL TIMES. Home equipped with noise and occupancy sensors which send notifications to hosts in case of unacceptable noise level. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Early check-ins and late check-outs have an extra fee of $50/hour and are subject to availability and approval. Small pets are allowed. We charge $150/pet for their stay. 2 pets max per reservation. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool and spa. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet(s) in advance. No smoking inside the house - violations will be subject to a $1000 fine.
