Villa 47 is located in the exclusive complex Playa Iguana which is next to Marina Ixtapa and 15 min. away to Zihua.The Villa has 3 bedrooms; 2 with king size + individual bed and a MasterRoom with King Size bed; kitchen, indoor / outdoor living room, wooded dining room.The house is good for couples, families (with children), friends. . Maximum occupancy 7 (including babies) otherwise you wont have access to the complex.The accomodation is near to Marina Ixtapa, one of the best places to go shopping or having a wonderful dinner in one of the fantastic restaurants with amazing views to Marina Ixtapa, 15 minutes away from Zihuatanejo by car or public transportation or taxi.Cleaning will take place every other day (one day zule will clean and not the other) but not the kitchen.
