The house has a large 400 sq ft (40 M2) patio with rustic BBQ and UV 50 protected pergola, garden furniture for 6 with 4 sunbeds and 2 recliners. The house has a great 160 ft (16M2( roof terrace to take in the stunning views over the mountains, as you have breakfast, lunch or dinner, or to just wallow in the breeze, You can sunbathe in total privacy. The house benefits from a downstairs toilet and a downstairs Sofa bed. The community pool is at the end of the street or there is a nice public pool with outside spaces 5 minutes away. The white village with restaurants and traditional bars is 7 minute walk or you can drive to the free parking areas in the village. The beach and larger town of Sabinillas or Estepona are 20 minutes away, Marbella and Gibraltar 40 minutes away by car. We have made every effort to make the house comfortable and a nice place that we would like to stay in. We love the idea of making it available to considerate guests. Casares is an exceptional authentic, Spanish white village named after Julius Caesar who, so the story goes, bathed in the nearby Roman baths. The sea and Sabinillas & Estepona are about 20 minutes away. It’s great for evening or early morning walks or doing yoga or other activities on the beach. Estepona also has a lovely town centre is about 20 mins away and Marbella and Gibraltar are 40 minutes away. Malaga airport is about 1 hour away. The house is situated in a small & safe urbanisation with only 53 houses. The other owners are about 60% Spanish and 40% from Europe and the UK.
