Last year, I had to go to a related hotel to check in, but this year I was able to check in at the Lotti, which was nice. The staff were all friendly and kind, and I would like to stay here again.
I would have liked an electric kettle in the room. The amenities were quite minimal.

2 nd visit. Nice modern place, close to the ski resorts. Good Wifi. Good breakfast, and good dinner. Parking close by, and close walk to town. Swiss prices. English was not an issue. The hotel is about an hour and 45 drive from Geneva. Major CC accepted. Book in advance if u want GF food for breakfast.

Super hôtel pour passer un agréable séjour à Villars ! A 5min en voiture du téléphérique. Les chambres, bien décorées et très propres, ont une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le restaurant propose des plats d'origine locale préparés et servis par les étudiants de l'école chapeautés par leurs professeurs professionnels.

Nous avons eu l'occasion de dîner au restaurant du Villars Lodge, avec des amis, lors d'une de leurs soirées raclette. C'était un régal tant pour les papilles - de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert - que pour les yeux, tant le cadre est enchanteur. Les cocktails étaient également très appréciables. Un grand merci à tout le personnel du Villars Lodge, et une mention particulière aux étudiants qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous tout au long du repas. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Has gone dramatically downhill from previous years. I have stayed many times in the last few years but now this is just not somewhere I want to stay again. Staff are all trainees from Villars Palace so food and service are very patchy - not good enough for what they charge for it. After all we aren’t getting reduced prices for bad food and poor service. They have a cheek honestly. Breakfast was awful - no fresh fruit salad and no fresh yoghurt as in previous years. Just stodgy bread and croissants and charcuterie that I can’t eat so all I had was a coffee and now need to get food somewhere else. Seriously save your time and your money and stay elsewhere

Basic accommodation for 5* prices. Villars Lodge is used as a training school for Villars Palace (premier accommodation in town) so whilst well meaning students training in hospitality are at times forgetful and not to the standard of other hotels in this price bracket. Daily cleaning was extremely sporadic over the 7 days that I stayed here and the only saving grace is its location. Not sure I will be in a hurry to return.
