Last year, I had to go to a related hotel to check in, but this year I was able to check in at the Lotti, which was nice. The staff were all friendly and kind, and I would like to stay here again.
I would have liked an electric kettle in the room. The amenities were quite minimal.

Wenn es dir egal ist auf den Gang zum Klo oder Duschen zu gehen und du keinen TV willst ist das Hotel echt gut. Aber für den Preis hätte ich schon gerne mein eigenes Klo und Dusche

I was a chaperone with a large group of students who stayed at the Villars Lodge. Sebastien and Reyna and all of the staff were absolutely awesome, they made our stay one we will not soon forget. While we were there the food at breakfast and dinner was superb. We also enjoyed the bar staff in the evening.
