Primeramente más llegar, nos atiende una persona que nos dice que no tenemos reserva en un tono que no fue del todo agradable. Hablo con el dueño y obvio que teníamos la reserva. En los servicios del hotel pone que hay parking gratuito. Claro si aparcas en la calle pq el suyo tiene 5 euros de coste por día. Estuvimos 5 días, 4 noches y en ningún momento se nos repuso el papel de wc, ni se nos cambió la bolsa de basura, ni limpieza básica de la habitación... Las ventanas no tienen cortinas. Intimidad cero...solo te queda que bajar la persiana. La luz de la habitación es pésima cuando es de noche. Miy escasa. No está la calefacción encendida. Tiene un aire acondicionado q es lo q calienta. Nosotros no estuvimos casi en la habitación más que para dormir. Entiendo que es de 2 estrellas pero las cosas básicas...y además en su página ofrecen servicios que luego no lo son....

No fue para nada lo que esperábamos
La verdad es que nos ha decepcionado bastante. Cuando llegamos no había nadie en recepción, nos atendió una persona del restaurante. Habiamos pedido una cama doble y nos dieron dos camas. Lo peor de todo el estado de los colchones, se te clavaban los muelles totalmente. Además, se habían olvidado de poner la sabana de arriba de una de las camas. El unico punto positivo, la limpieza y la calefacción.

Llegamos dentro del horario de recepción y no sólo no había nadie sino que se nos cerró la puerta y nos quedamos MEDIA HORA encerrados en la recepción . Tienen un teléfono al que llamamos y tardaron en venir media hora que estuvimos esperando ENCERRADOS. Dudo de si esto es legal.
Por lo demás el hotel es acorde al precio, aunque para estar en un pueblo había mucho ruido en la calle y la cama bastante poco confortable.

Hotel ideal para visitar Cuenca . Muy cerquita y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar genial. Limpieza, colchones muy cómodos, aseo amplio y aire acondicionado. Tanto el señor de recepción como el cocinero muy amables . Desayunamos antes de salir para Cartagena , unas tostadas con café muy buenas. Sin duda volveremos.

El entorno, el local para ir en familia lo recomiendo . El personal son todos muy bien agradable y muy buen trato . la reserva todo está muy bien . Estuvimos 3 días allí y con ganas de volver . Al rededor tiene mucho que ver con los niños , es un lugar con mucho encanto
