Muy mal, fatal
El hotel necesita mejoras, muy frio, poco acojedor. Hacia mucho frio fuera y la calefacción o la chimenea no estaba puesta dentro.
El restaurante un desastre. Fuimos los primeros en llegar y sacaron uno de nuestros platos 15 minutos antes que el otro asi que tuvimos que cenar cada uno en un turno. Y ademas estaba frio cuando llego a la mesa. Fatal la verdad. No volveria

It was not possible to stay there because the reception desk only works until 9pm.. our passengers will arrive after that. As being a non refundable booking, I have tried to cancel it but it wasn`t allowed by the *******.

Fuimos a pasar un finde tranquilo y bañarnos, pensando que era un hotel rural con PISCINA PRIVADA, tal y como pone en su página web... Sin embargo, cual fue nuestra sorpresa al ver que la que se supone que era la piscina del hotel, se trata de una piscina municipal del pueblo, donde cuesta encontrar hueco para bañarte y además te echan antes de las 20 h. Preguntamos al llegar a recepción si nos podíamos bañar y nos dijeron que sin problema. Pero cuando llegamos a la piscina, una "socorrista", nos echó y nos dijo que ya era tarde, que un chapuzón rápido y fuera. A las 19:30 h. En ningún momento se nos informó de los horarios ni de que era una piscina municipal. Además, lo dijimos en recepción y su única respuesta es que por la tarde no había recepción y habría sido culpa de la compañera a la que tienes que llamar por teléfono... (Eso en mi tierra se llama: "Echar balones fuera"). Posdata: Tampoco tienes recepción por la tarde y el restaurante está también cerrado. (Cosa de la que tampoco se te informa).

Grata experiencia la vivida este fin de semana en Hotel Las Monteras. Se encuentra bien localizado, cerca de la carretera nacional y a escasos 100 metros del pueblo. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y la decoración, simple pero acertada, hacen que el lugar sea acogedor. Si quieres hacer algo de senderismo, un par de rutas empiezan en el mismo hotel y tiene un cartel con indicaciones precisas en la entrada. El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones limpias, con mobiliario bien cuidado y camas cómodas, lo único que mejoraría son las almohadas, que son algo finas, aunque nada importante si no vas a dormir mas de un par de noches.

El personal del hotel muy profesional y te hacen sentir como en casa ,sobretodo Pepi que es con la que más hemos tratado.
Se come muy bien y variado.
Hemos estado solo dos días y puedo asegurar que volveremos.
