Wij hadden een zeer mooie kamer in het bijgebouw. Kamer zeer netjes - grote badkamer - zeer goed werkende airco - elke dag twee flesjes water in het ijskastje. Het ontbijt en avondeten gewoon goed , lekkere wijntjes en zeer betaalbare prijs. Al het personeel ZEER VRIENDELIJK , als de hoteleigenaar Mijnheer MERCIER die elke morgen en avond de gasten dag komt zeggen en vraagt of alles in orde is. Nog nergens meegemaakt. Het hotel is ZEER RUSTIG gelegen, net buiten VILLANDRY en schitterende uitvalsbasis om de kastelen te bezoek. TEAM Hotel Le HAUT DES LYS een DIKKE DIKKE DUIM - Hier vind je het bewijs dat vriendelijkheid niets kost !!!

This is the fifth time that we have stayed at this lovely inn. We have been running bike tours every couple of years since 2017. Every time we come to the Inn, the owner, Pascal, has made some improvement. First it was adding air conditioning to the entire Inn, then it was adding a casual dinner service. This year, Pascal has converted one of their rooms to be a massage room where you can order massages. The Inn is immaculate and quite lovely. We really enjoyed Pascal's personal attention to his guests. For the first time we were challenged with rain on the day that our bike tour was leaving Villandry. Pascal was able to find a company to arrange bicycle transport for our large tandem bikes and arranged for cab rides for those of our group who were not comfortable riding. On our tour we stay at some pretty fancy and pricey places, but this hotel remains my favorite. It is because the hotel is comfortable and the management is warm, welcoming and always looking for ways to make our stay even better. We look forward to coming to the Inn again the next time we run our tour.

Nice hotel especially if you are visiting the Villandry chateau and garden (5 mins away). Rooms were clean with a/c and breakfast was good. Set meal dinner was average. Good place for a stop over and to see the chateau and garden. Thank you / Merci!

Très bel hôtel de charme à 5 min en voiture du château , très bon accueil chambre spacieuse et confortable (petit bémol pour la salle de bain nous y avons trouvé des cheveux noir dans le lavabo et dans sur les parois de douche ) sinon très propre ! La bar dans l’ancienne chapelle est original , nous y avons mangé également et c’était très bon pour un prix très abordable le petit déjeuner également diversifié et délicieux nous y avons passé un bon séjour sur la route de retour des vacances , nous avons été touché également par le passage du propriétaire à chaque table le soir au repas pour échanger quelques mots fort sympathique !

Très bel hôtel dans un parc arboré, au calme. Vous n’êtes pas dans une chaîne d’hôtels impersonnelle mais dans un établissement où l’accueil est sincère et vrai, et la décoration originale. Chambre confortable, climatisée ( important quand il fait 35 degrés!) Très belle étape sur la route ou le retour des vacances!

Havre de paix Halte lors d'un retour de Bretagne, hôtel idéal pour se détendre d'un voyage. L'accueil téléphonique que j'ai eu avant de procéder à ma réservation m'a convaincu de mon choix qui s'est confirmé à l'arrivée. Point forts : proche de l'accès autoroute, hôtel dans un écrin de verdure, accueil agréable, à l'écoute du client, chambre spacieuse lit king size avec une excellente literie, douche à l'italienne spacieuse, l'ensemble moderne et hyper propre, calme et le plus un parking privé sécurisé. Petit déjeuner produit regionaux et frais, excellent. La gentillesse de la direction et du personnel efface les petites erreurs au diner. Je conserve cette adresse dans mes contacts pour un prochain voyage. Je recommande cet établissement qui a tout d'un grand, et vous garanti un moment agréable.

Last year we stayed the last night of our bike ride along part of the Loire at this lovely hotel, we loved it so much we stayed here the first 2 nights of our ride this year. It’s a beautiful family-run hotel and a wonderfully relaxing place to stay (and near the stunning Chateau de Villandry gardens). The hotel offer a simple but delicious set menu based on regional dishes in the evenings which we had both nights and on a sunny day it’s lovely sitting on the terrace having pre dinner drinks. Worth noting they were also really helpful in dealing with our hire bikes that we had delivered to the hotel and also with our luggage which was delivered and collected by a luggage transport company. We’ll definitely return again.

Un accueil attentionné et si vous le souhaitez, de nombreuses explications détaillées sur la région et ses produits par le directeur. Un beau cadre extérieur et de nombreuses décorations originales aussi à l'intérieur. Belle chambre spatieuse. Restauration délicate du terroir, choix de vins de Loire à découvrir et service en salle agréable et réactif .Et ce qui ne gache rien, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel,très varié. Merci pour ce bon séjour.
