We were impressed by its friendly atmosphere and excellent service. While the rooms are basic, they are clean and comfortable, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, adding a personal touch to the experience.

Carla checked us in at quite a late hour, but was very helpful, with an excellent command of English. Rooms were quirky, carved into the rocks behind. Dinner & breakfast buffets were limited, but perfectly adequate. Very clean & we enjoyed our stay very much.

El enclave del hotel es una maravilla y el hotel en sí está bien decorado con habitaciones de piedra, sin embargo se oye todo pues no está muy bien aislado. El señor de la recepción muy amable, pedimos cambiar la habitación y lo hicieron sin problema. La comida de la cena así como el desayuno no fueron de mucha calidad.

Excelente servicio, acogedor, limpio y el personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo 100% . Puntualidad y las comidas muy ricas. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a duda, si visitas Potosí es un lugar q puedes ir tranquilo. En una ubicación ideal para conocer lugares mágicos de Bolivia

l'albergo è in mezzo alla zona del salar dove c'è poca scelta per dormire: o al freddo o in alberghi dove i prezzi sono molto alti (da 5 stelle ++) con servizi inesistenti (non c'era nemmeno l'acqua calda). di positivo c'è l'architettura dell'albergo, molto bella e omogenea all'ambiente naturale, e il riscaldamento. i servizi sono inesistenti (poca cordialità e cena al buffet senza nessuna scelta con richiesta di non fare il bis). visto quanto è economica la Bolivia, per il prezzo pagato, avrebbero potuto permettersi di offrire qualcosa di più. se non volete dormire al freddo forse questo è uno dei pochi alberghi riscaldati, ma se ne trovate altri, provateli.

Hotel had all the amenities we desired at this remote location in Bolivia. Staff was friendly, food, even the vegetarian option, was quite good. We had an excellent one night stay during our Bolivia tour.

Everything was fantastic! This is such a cute hotel with a lovely staff! The rooms are very comfortable, the food was great, and everyone was very hospitable towards us. The staff also speaks English very well (for those of us whose Spanish may be a little limited). We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the area!

Good dinner and breakfast (including vegetarian option which was sautéed veggies (fajita style but without tortilla). Comfortable rooms, but no heating in rooms. There is a thick blanket though so we didn’t feel cold, but another couple felt very cold in their rooms. Hot water is luke warm and bathroom can sometimes smell But overall good stay, especially given that we’re out in a remote place
