Wave Apartments

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment well in advance and when we arrived they assigned us a ground floor apartment at street level, very dark, with two rooms, one of which was completely interior without ventilation and the other separated from an exterior terrace open to the street (no window, with gate) through a door. The bathroom had a very strong, very unpleasant smell. We spent one night there and, the next day, while we were preparing breakfast, we saw a mouse running around the apartment, climbing on the furniture, the sofa, and between our bags. Yes, a mouse. We told the reception staff and they offered us to change to another apartment, which was not a 2-bedroom but a 2-bed room, and a double bed in the living room, but this one was quite bright and without the bad smell of the bathroom, so we We agreed to change. At night we realized that the mattresses were foam, quite soft and uncomfortable. We had to report that the air outlet slit in the split air conditioning had mold. They sent the "maintenance" staff to clean it but they were so careless that they left all the mold and dirt on the countertop of the cabinet under the split. In general the apartments are very lacking in maintenance, the furniture and skirting boards are chipped, there is dirt accumulated in the corners, and everything looks very neglected. The kitchenware is of very low quality: the knives do not cut, the frying pan (there is only one) is burnt, and the plates are also chipped and cracked. Smoking is not prohibited inside the apartments and the smell sneaks under the door. There was also a strong smell of tobacco, very persistent, on floor -1 where the reception (there are no apartments on that floor). Even though it was cheap, I wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone.
