mirando la foto ustedes puede decidir que hotel es.. puerta,piso,mueble,ducha todavía non limpia ect ect La qualidad della comida al rist mejor no dar detalles.. el personal zero amabilidad, y pedí de hablar con lo jefe varia veces ma nunca se presentó!! Sin comentarios!!

The Allon is in a great location with sea view and right opposite a fabulous beach. Big thanks to Maria on reception who was a great help to us personally :). We enjoyed breakfast and the area of the hotel where it was served with plenty of choice and freshly made food as required. The feel of the hotel was good but it let itself down badly with the little things that can make your stay just a little better ie. No table on your balcony just 2 chairs ..what ??. No kettle tea or coffea Why ?? Who doesn't like a hot drink before going down for breakfast and the demand for kettles at reception is clear they got that wrong and this being a 4 star hotel..? The lighting in our room was very poor and a definite lack of relaxing furniture too..dissapointing 😌 for the class of place but we did enjoy staying there.

clean spacious rooms with lovely view, reception team always helpful and polite, few little things stopped me giving this hotel full marks, each morning at breakfast we had to ask for more bread, often the omlette person was not there so stood there waiting, one morning we gave up, there only ever a few bits of bacon in the bottom of a very oily pan. Parking at 18 euro per night is a lot if staying for more than a couple of nights, maybe a discount could be offered, there is totally free parking at the end of the road which we used and just paid one night parking as we had an early flight, We could not get coffee in the evening as they cleaned the machine before the bar closed at 11pm, we like a cup of coffee to take to bed, tea and coffee making facility in the room would have been wonderful. These are just a couple of little things but we had a lovely stay and will be booking again, also make sure you book with the hotel direct you get a better price than if you use a third party.

Me reitero en mi título: una pesadilla. Es un hotel regentado por una familia, que le viene grande. Afortunadamente solo tienen ese hotel y no tienen más en España. Tienen un responsable de comedor que se llama Anuar, que trata a los clientes como basura y no se da cuenta que está ahí, gracias a todos los clientes. Un ejemplo: estaba en el comedor una señora mayor, con su hija ( discapacitada, la pobre ). Estaba en la mesa de al lado de donde esta la caja de cobro. La señora no podía levantar a su hija ( que iba con un andador ) y me levanté yo para ayudarla. Él ni se acercó. Con esto queda dicho como es. Bajas al comedor con una tensión, que comes algo de la comida que tienes y te marchas. El precio de las bebidas lo tienen a precio de Suiza. Cuando vas a desayunar para coger una taza de desayuno limpia tienes que coger tres. Dos de ellas como la foto que os adjunto. En el almuerzo, la zona de ensaladas estaba llena de mosquitos y el comedor de moscas,por eso decidimos ir solo a la cena. Podría seguir pero creo que ya os podéis hacer una idea del resto.

Tuvimos un trato bastante desagradable por parte de la gerente del hotel. Hospitalizaron a mi padre (que era quién realizó la reserva) y no pudo ir por motivos de hospitalización, evidentemente. Mi pareja y yo (hija del hospitalizado), nos presentamos en el hotel, ya que a mi padre le cobraron el importe completo de la estancia alegando que no se presentó el primer día de la reserva, habiendo avisado de que estaba hosputalizado. Solicité la hoja de reclamaciones y la gerente me dijo que no podía dármela porque yo no era clienta. Le dije que me reservar una habitación (ya que había disponibilidad), pero ella al acceder desde el ordenador, bloqueó todas las habitaciones y ya no pude hacer nada. Llamé a la policía incluso y ésta señorita se fue de rositas. Una falta de empatía brutal. No volveremos jamás.

Mesmo em frente a um mar maravilhoso, com um quarto muito amplo e confortável. Funcionários da receção e restaurante mt eficazes, cuidadosos e simpáticos . Ambiente familiar . Local tranquilo. Sugerimos que proporcionem 2 vezes por semana a animação , que atualmente é apenas ao sábado .

Lo único que salva al hotel es su ubicación. Entramos el 8 de agosto de 2024 con una reserva hecha varias semanas antes solicitando tener una habitación en las plantas altas y para nuestra sorpresa nos dieron la peor en la planta primera. Tan mala era que cuando los de la habitación de al lado se asomaban al balcón nos veían dentro de la nuestra, teniendo que correr la cortina siempre. Pedimos que nos cambiasen de habitación y la actitud del personal fue indiferente hasta el punto que reclamamos al director y se negó a atendernos mediante evasivas. Pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones y a partir de ahí notamos ser personas non gratas. Ya no nos sentíamos a gusto en el hotel, llevamos mas de 6 o 7 años yendo y no pensamos volver.

El 10 es solo para el personal del hotel, son encantadores. Pero el buffet nefasto poco y de mala calidad. Los dos primeros días solo comida basura ( pizza, nuggets, pasta…) habíamos estado hace dos años y no era así. Pedimos hablar con el responsable para ver porque este cambio y tratar de buscar soluciones ya que íbamos 8 y con dos personas de 80 años que no podían comer esto a diario (pagamos la pensión completa por adelantado) y no conseguimos que nos llamara. No creo que deba continuar con la categoría de un cuatro estrellas. Una pena ya que nos encantaba venir aquí. Ya no volveremos.

Hotel basic,food well below average,lounge bar closed, no tea coffee in room,sun loungers well passed best. The rooms were very clean and well serviced, staff were very good. This is not a 4 star hotel, but it is in a beautiful location an worthy of good hotel and associated services
