設施老舊，比較潮濕，位置倒是挺好的，下次不會再住這個酒店了，很差的體驗，鬱悶死了，網上看着是四星，不值的

Buen hotel a buen precio, aunque se le notan los años a las instalaciones. Por lo demás fantástica estancia.

Well located and affordable. Friendly staff and service to the airport. The restaurant has a great selection but not really vegan or vegetarian. Swimming pool is nice although rooms are a bit old and noisy (AC) In general is a worth staying place, affordable, well located and comfortable but not necessarily a place to stay for long periods.

Visito el hotel desde que era niño y compruebo que sigue siendo de lo mejor. Hoteles van y vienen en Villahermosa y sólo el Viva ha conservado su toque. Me encantó el detalle de que mis niños y esposa venían muy cansados y nos permitieron instalarnos antes del pago y el registro. Sin duda seguirá siendo el hotel de mis preferencias.

Una excelente opción para hospedarse, habitaciones amplias, un gimnasio muy equipado, la alberca muy bella (aunque no me metí), cuenta con restaurante, aunque en lo personal no lo recomiendo mucho, siempre que voy a Villahermosa, es mi primer opción de alojamiento.

La Habitación es confortable y en general el hotel es muy bonito y bastante limpio, además de estar ubicado en una zona muy bonita y bien conectada de Villa Hermosa pero el servicio en el restaurante es bastante lento y el internet no es estable
