Tattered conditions. What i can’t understand is that even a badly rundown ironing board was provided in my room. Is that so difficult to replace it with a new or at least an intact one?

The facilities are complete, the service is very good, the breakfast is free, very warm, recommended, do not use a taxi here, the starting price is 100 pesos per person! Use Uber, or navigate by yourself to check the distance, and negotiate the price with the taxi 🚕 before going! ! !

The staff is very good, but the rooms have many details, the access card and light contacts are not always working, the electronics are very old and makes the room look very careless.

In the city center, the surrounding dining is rich, the hotel can speak English, the communication is convenient, the service is also very thoughtful, the room does not provide toiletries, breakfast can also eat, good hotel.

Location at 10/15 minutes from the center...clean and functional hotel,but we had a problem with the lady of the washing machine that decided to enter the room...when we wake up at 8 a.m.!

I enjoyed my staying here during my vacations. Good location and good cleaning, I love it! Hope to have a various option for breakfast (repeated) and better and fresh food in the hotel restaurante.

It is a little far from the city, but there is no problem if it is accessed by the car. For the accommodation fee, the facilities are good and the cost performance is very high.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the La Venta Park Museum featuring ancient Olmec artifacts,. It is in a commercial-industrial area, quite far from shopping, other atractions and restaurants. Its own restaurant is basic and modest, but plentiful. Unfortunately, the La Venta Park Museum is beyond its best days and looks quite shabby. The hotel staff would not go out of their way to help. They would not deign to mail us, at our cost, some clothing forgotten in a closet. Although they advertise putting their shuttle at the guests' service (given their remote location) within a radius of 4 km, we still had to pay for a taxi to the ADO bus station within this radius.
