Canyon Villa Bed & Breakfast Inn of Sedona

This was our second stay (first over a decade ago). Wanted to return because of the location being outside (but close to) Sedona but accessible to restaurants and Bell Rock and trails. This visit was even better than our first due to terrific new managers. They were super and coped well with no electricity on our first morning (damage to neighbouring property). Room, breakfast, pool, and location all great.

This is the best Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed at!!! Nicole and Kris were so nice and helpful and they do such an amazing job at making their B&B a home away from home. We stayed at Canyon Villa for 4 nights for a wedding and did not have a car but the location was perfect. There were multiple hiking trails steps from your door and the view from the balcony in our Spanish Bayonet room was breathtaking! The true star of the trip however were their 3 course breakfasts! Kris cooks everything with love and you can truly taste it in every bite. They were sincerely the best breakfasts we’ve had and filled us up before our hikes. Great place to stay! The hosts were awesome and went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful! They answered all of our questions and recommended sights to see. Plus, the home cooked breakfast’s were fabulous. Will definitely come back!

We loved our spring break stay at Canyon Villa. It’s like a warm and welcoming home away from home with a stunning backdrop of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. Nicole and Kris are attentive and friendly, and genuinely love sharing the hidden gems of Sedona and connecting with guests. ❤️

We were very happy staying in Canyon Villa B&b in Sedona - everything was excelent - location, view, breakfast, hospitality and all small details that makes guests feeling welcome. Frendly staff, Bell Rock trail starting 5 min walk from villa, hummingbirds and cardinals in garden, all day coffea and tea, soft drinks and water, plus fruit and small snack in afternoon, beautifull eating room, living room and library full with usefull local books. They deserve 10+ for all the service. It was wonderfull stay for us. Thank you kindly

I had high hopes for my stay at Canyon Villa B&B Inn, especially given the amazing location that was just as described. The breakfast was delicious, which I truly appreciated. However, my arrival experience was not quite what I had expected. When I was asked if I needed help with my bags, I gratefully accepted the assistance. Unfortunately, instead of grabbing my suitcase, Nicole took my water to free up my hands, leaving me to struggle up the stairs with my luggage. If help wasn't genuinely available, it would have been better not to offer it. Once in our room, we were informed that it was warm due to "unseasonably high temperatures", and that the air conditioning wouldn’t be turned on until April 7. While I understand that this was beyond Nicole's control, relying on historical data to justify the lack of comfort isn’t ideal. If it’s warm this year, turning on the AC earlier would have greatly improved our experience, as comfort should be a priority in this business. Additionally, it was suggested that keeping the windows open would help cool the room at night, but this let in an overwhelming amount of highway noise, making for an uncomfortable evening. Sedona is one of my favorite places in the world to visit. I just wouldn’t stay here again. We checked out early and had an amazing stay elsewhere.
