We had read several negative reviews and were a little biased, but we were fine! Clean room, clean sheets and towels, everything working. Friendly staff, nice cleaning girls.
The strong point is the swimming pool, huge, clean, quiet and surrounded by greenery.
The negative reviews we had read are excessive and not true.

Hotel com centenas de crianças que invadem a piscina e até a agua muda de cor. De noite só fica uma pessoa na recepção. Pequeno almoço fraco e que desaparece á medida que as crianças aparecem em vagas. Os ovos do pequeno almoço são feitos de ovo em pó. Durante a noite á muito barulho nos corredores e os responsáveis pelas crianças não se preocupam. É um hotel com alguma falta de limpeza nas partes comuns e que se devia dedicar só ao futebol. Um dos elevadores parece perigoso, com mais de duas pessoas para sempre no 2º piso com um grande ressalto.

Ho soggiornato nell'hotel 2 notti in un viaggio didattico come studente nel marzo 2023, appena entrato nella stanza la prima cosa che ho notato , entrando nella stanza da 3, erano le porte transparenti del bagno con un'opacità inutile che non impediva la vista dell'interno del bagno dall'esterno, la finestra era rotta, ma può capitare. Ciò che mi ha spiazzato però era il Bidet che brulicava di formiche, è stato sconcertate soprattuto per me che temo gli insetti tanto che ho dovuto far agire il mio compagno di stanza, fortunatamente, confrontandomi con i miei compagni ospiti di altre stanze, quella delle formiche era una singolarità, un'altra pecca era il letto matrimoniale non divisibile anche se composto da 2 letti singoli, a detta dell'operatrice che ci ha spiegato la camera, che obbligava due dei tre ospiti a dormire insieme. Il cibo della cena era poco appetitoso, mentre quello della colazione era accettabile. Essendo stata una visita didattica non è stato possibile provare tutte le offerte di svago dell'hotel, 2 stelle perché nonostante tutto era pulito e di bell'aspetto.

Vi sembrerà di leggere una recensione frutto di fantasia, purtroppo è stato tutto vero. Arrivati in camera, troviamo delle mutande sporche sulla scrivania!! Dopo aver avvertito la reception, ci viene consegnata un'altra camera. Nel corridoio c'era puzza di fognatura da far venire il voltastomaco. Entrati nella nostra nuova camera, il frigo era guasto e nel bagno della camera il sistema di ventilazione non funzionava: in piena estate era impensabile aprire la finestra che dava sulla piscina, il caldo era soffocante. Cosa molto grave, mentre stavo riposando sul letto della mia camere, entra una signora delle pulizie senza nemmeno bussare e vedendomi sul letto è andava via. Da evitare assolutamente!

MAI PIÙ!!! Maleducazione pura alla reception,non di tutti i dipendenti,ma alcuni hanno sbagliato lavoro. Camera fatiscente e con il bagno in condizioni pietose. Lac'acqua della doccia ha allagato mezza camera ,la carta rimaneva nel water e l'asse del wc era rotta. La carta da parati delle pareti in alcuni punti era scollata e l'aria condizionata non funzionava a dovere. Altro che 4 stelle 4 stalle. La colazione,lasciamo perdere . La piscina esterna sporca e affollata anche da gente che entrava a pagamento. Hanno come clienti le squadre di calcio e forse non danno la giusta attenzione al resto della clientela. MAI PIÙ!!!

Don't be fooled by the 4 star rating on the front of the building. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel. I love going to Italy so I was really excited to go. I went here with my performing high school friends, ready to sing, dance, act and have fun. As soon as we arrived from our very long journey, we waited 45 mins for us to be addressed to our rooms in the scorching heat. When we got to our rooms, we were shocked. The floor was dirty, same as the walls, it was quite crowded and there were flies everywhere. The air conditioning wouldn't work because of the cheapskates that are the staff. There was poor quality of soap and hygiene, and no towels to wipe your hands. The windows were broken and there were broken lamps. But the thing that finished me off was the shower, there were 2 doors THAT WERE BOTH SEE THROUGH. At that point I started sobbing because I realized how long I'd have to deal with this. And some people had the rooms worse. The food was so mediocre and basic I barely ate anything, the staff was no help when my friend lost their bags so my friend had to hunt for it themselves and the staff only provided us with sparkling water overall. The pool was our escape but even that was dirty and there was no shade. We went to beautiful towns and sites over the days but the majority of us, myself included, threw up/collapsed from the heat, and the staff didn't do anything when we got back. If it wasn't for the amazing people I went with, I wouldn't have survived in this place. Final message: PLEASE DON'T GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
