Terrible hotel! The only good thing is the treatment of Ciara at reception, lovely. The room had a damp smell and you could tell it hadn't been aired in a long time. It was dirty with dust. The mattress on the bed is a board and the springs stick into you, plus we were cold (in October), because we only had one blanket (for my son) and there were 3 of us. We couldn't ask for more because after 8pm there is no one at reception, and the heating didn't work. The sink is from the 20s!! With the toilet lid broken, damp, the shower screen yellow and very old, a very strange and ancient hair dryer, and the water had no pressure... a disaster. Cracks in the balcony and... poor, poor breakfast. And they watched you to see what you took... you can't have a pleasant breakfast, with that pressure and surveillance. Also, the bread machine was off and when I turned it on, the girl who was watching demanded that I turn it off because it wasn't working properly and could catch fire, according to her. I was quite scared... a horrible experience... look at another hotel!!!! Never this one!!!! I FEEL DECEIVED, it's not at all the same as in the advert!!!!!!

Het is een mooi, net hotel, met een eigen parkeerplaats die 's nachts afgesloten is. De kamer is heel netjes en ruim, net als de badkamer. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, met broodjes, croissants, vers fruit, yoghurt met allerlei soorten muesli en verder ook o.a. lekkere zoetigheden zoals verschillende soorten koekjes en cake. We kregen informatie over een goede, veilige parkeerplaats in Verona waar we de auto inderdaad met een gerust hart achter lieten en na de opera ook weer veilig konden ophalen.

My family had a morning flight out of Verona and we chose this hotel for the night before based on the reviews I read. It did not disappoint. From the outside and the location, the hotel looks very suspect. However, the inside is nice and clean, the staff work hard to provide good service, and the breakfast buffet was much nicer than we expected given the price of the room. The value for the price we paid was exceptionally good. They also had a 15 euro shuttle service to the airport for our group (4 adults and a baby) that worked well. Please note that during the online booking process it seemed it was 15 euros/person (which is very steep) but it ended up being 15 euros for all of us.

Ci serviva un posto vicino all’aeroporto e devo dire che è davvero vicinissimo e comodo arrivarci. Camera grande è molto pulita, colazione variegata e personale super accogliente. Nella struttura anche il parcheggio interno, ingresso ampio.
