Hotel that you don't understand upon arrival where the entrance is to park the car inside because everything is closed and there are no signs. I had to call the hotel by phone to figure out how to get in, where I surprisingly discovered that check-in was done entirely online with key delivery, gate opening, etc. via telephone where they first open a door for you and then show you with the codes to enter where to get the keys to the room, and then with a remote control you do everything yourself. I suffered a lot from the lack of staff...at least one person at the reception should be there for any need. Or at least warn beforehand that this hotel works this way so people choose and don't waste time.
Then in the morning practically all the light comes in through the windows... and with the plasterboard walls you can hear everything.
