Everything about our stay in this hotel is positive. We stayed with 3 persons in one of the suites that was very spacious, comfortable (also the beds) and clean. The private terrace is a real added value! The garden is an oasis of peace where you encounter different birds, the chickens, the kittens, ... is was extremely nice enjoying their sounds whilst enjoying a wonderful massage by Katarina that made me feel totally relaxed. The pool is unique is its kind with a breathtaking view. The restaurant outside area is magnificent, also thanks to the view. The breakfast was sublime, very fresh and lots of choice. Last but not least the personnel - every member of the staff was very friendly and did their utmost to make your stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. We are looking forward coming back to Sa Franquesa Nova!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The entire experience felt very private and relaxing, with an atmosphere of comfort and style. The rooms were beautifully designed, modern yet cozy, and everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, and the setting allowed me to truly connect with the beauty of nature around me. It felt like a hidden sanctuary — peaceful, authentic, and incredibly rejuvenating. This was easily one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in recent years, and I left feeling completely refreshed and grateful. A special thank to the hotel staff for their outstanding hospitality and care. You made my experience truly memorable!

Wunderschöne idyllische Unterkunft. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber mit dem Mietwagen gut angebunden für Ausflüge. Uns hat vor allem die Weitläufigkeit und Aussicht gefallen. Auch das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

such a beautiful hotel with a lovely service - a place that feels like home The breakfast was very good as well as the dinner. Our room had is own terrace - good for relaxing or looking at the nice birds and cats everywhere. The rooms are very cozy and cleaned every day

Pocas veces me he sentido tan genuinamente sorprendido como en mi estancia en Sa Franquesa Nova. Pasé solo una noche en este remanso de paz escondido en el corazón de Mallorca, y puedo decir con toda certeza que ojalá hubieran sido treinta. Desde el primer instante, el entorno rural, auténtico y cuidado hasta el último detalle te envuelve con una serenidad que no se encuentra en hoteles convencionales. Aquí no hay prisas, no hay ruido, solo el susurro del viento entre los campos, los animales libres y felices y la sensación de que has llegado a un lugar donde la belleza natural y el confort se entienden a la perfección. La habitación era espaciosa, elegante, con esa mezcla exquisita entre lo rústico y lo moderno. Pero el verdadero protagonista fue el desayuno: productos frescos, locales, servidos con una delicadeza que convierte lo cotidiano en un pequeño lujo. Comer mientras contemplas los campos dorados bajo la luz de la mañana es un verdadero placer. Cada euro invertido en este lugar se siente justificado, porque no solo pagas por una estancia, sino por una experiencia sensorial y emocional difícil de encontrar hoy en día. El personal, impecable: cálido y atento. Sa Franquesa Nova no es solo un hotel. Es un rincón del mundo que te recuerda por qué viajar merece la pena. Un lugar que no solo recomendaría sin dudar, sino al que volvería una y otra vez buscando eso que todos los viajeros anhelamos: sentirnos realmente en casa, lejos de casa.

Es la segunda vez que voy al hotel y estoy encantada. El servicio, el sitio, todo es espectacular. Es un entorno muy cuidado, tranquilo. La piscina está genial. Las habitaciones son amplias. Las duchas están muy bien. La cena es elaborada y el staff es muy cuidadoso y agradable. Volveré.

Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Wir waren von der ersten Minute bis zum Check out aboslut begeistert. Neben dem freundlichen Empfang und Check in möchten wir insbesondere alle Angestellten des Hotels hervorheben. Stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist wunderbar angelegt mit sehr vielen Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Es ist alles so weitläufig, dass wir oft gefühlt die einzigen Gäste waren. Die Lage der Restaurantterasse sowie des Pools ein Traum. Auch, wenn die Lage des Hotels in der ländlichen Region im Landesinneren etwas abgeschieden ist, war dies für unsere Ausflüge und Strandbesuche einfach perfekt. Wir waren in einer Suite mit Terasse untergebracht. Auch hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
