Below and zero standard hotel, and a disgrace to the brand they represent. I booked 2rooms both had issues. Bathrooms were dirty. One was completely not cleaned after the last guest. The other was half clean. Mold in the bathrooms, Caulking already gone snd showing a horrible look. You cannot put your bare feet in the shower base because it dirty, is black and not white. Front desk had to be come and clean a little and I was asked to keep the cleaning kit to clean myself. Which I gladly objected as I am not a cleaner but a guest. I was promise the next day that deep cleaning of both rooms will be done based on the previous day inadequacies and my request to change bedsheet will be honored, I personally even reminded them and also spoke to the housekeeping staffs before going out. Unfortunately bathrooms not touched, bedsheets were not changed. When I called front desk, she was surprised that it was not taken care again even she told me there was message on my room to do otherwise. She immediately told me that she will give half off the rate for the previous night as compensation. When I told her about my dissatisfaction she said I will talk to my general manager of what else they can do to remedy the situation, but on her part she is going to give 50% off the first night. First night, I had to go downstairs to request for extra pillows, but had to put the pillow cases in myself. I gad to help sorry the cleaning detergent in the bathroom because she was nit so committed to doing it because she said she doesn't do housekeeping, 2nd day, I had to go downstairs to get fresh bedsheets and towels and make beds myself when I found out that my beds were nit changed but someone just lay dirty beds filled with dirt. Bathrooms still wasn't cleaned. I called snd also showed up at the front desk to let her know my grievance about the condition we had to endure. On checkout I was given invoice without any reflection of the discount promised and I raised that with the person attending to me. She immediately said "We don't give discounts here", who told you that?, what is her name?". I replied I don't work here so don't know her her, but it was the black lady on duty who said that. She replied "You stayed at the room and didn't change so we cannot offer you anything, I am the boss and nothing is in your file regarding this, and I did not even approve that. I will have to call her to verify". I told her that I wasn't offered the option for a changed room and also why would a staff member promise guest discount for the condition of the room and it is not being honored ? I was still waiting expecting her to her staff member for validation and to do the needful, but suddenly she said "We are done here not making headway" Basically signaling for me to leave. I have never in my widest dream thought you can experience this irresponsible, rude, obnoxious, unprofessional set of people in an hospitality industry since my years of traveling. I ho

Pool has been closed all summer for risk management issue. Pancake maker in breakfast area has been down for entire stay. Hypodermic needle in parking lot since we arrived. Staff unapologetic and lies about the reason things aren't working. If you want a nice, clean, safe hotel with good breakfast and a pool (which we were expecting based on advertised amenities), do NOT stay in this hotel.

Worst hotel experience ever. No hot water, and no plans to have it for at least 2 days. No refund. Only offered 5000 points. Here with a wedding party who have to get ready with no hot water. Also, the free breakfast was impressive to look at but failed as far as actually being edible—the sausage literally can’t be bitten into. On the positive side, the front desk staff are nice, but they have no power to make things right.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice breakfast that included pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage. Staff was the best part. All the employees I interacted with were super friendly and really seemed to care about me.

Location of this hotel is very good. Close to Interstate exit but far enough away and in lots of trees that made it quiet and beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and the whole facility wax very clean. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating is that the hotel is showing a few signs of aging that could be addressed quite easily with some minor updating and increased maintenance.

The food and cleanliness were great but the room didn’t have a bathtub as confirmed due to third party booking. Too tired to request change after 12 hour trip because of my wife’s back. The next day the front desk told us next time to book directly through Holiday Inn. Even the price charged was more than seen on the website. It could have been worse because my son’s room was cancelled after traveling 14 hours with two infants at a different hotel forcing them to scramble four a.m. to find a room.

This Holiday Inn Express had a very nice staff and comfortable, very clean accommodations. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept soundly. Check in was smooth. Breakfast was very good and a good start for the day.

Clean room and great customer service. Shopping areas easily accessible from hotel. Easy access to the interstate. Complimentary breakfast provided. Would definitely recommend for business trips. Parking available
