Let me start off by saying the rooms were clean and the staff on shift both night and day were pleasant. I booked two rooms. However, we booked through Agoda which advertised an indoor pool. It was only after we were checked in when I asked what time the pool opened, the male at the front desk said it was closed for the season. I asked about the indoor pool and he responded with its outdoors. I advised him that it was showing an indoor pool which is why I booked there. He only stated again it was outdoor. I contacted Agoda and between them and Quality Inn, they agreed to give me back my second night’s stay with the agreement I would check out the next morning. I did as agreed. I had paid a deposit after arriving at the hotel of $100. This deposit was supposed to have gone back on my card after we left. It’s been 9 days and I still have not received my deposit back. When I called Quality Inn Corporate office, they advised to email the hotel which I stayed in because they were stating they did not have my card on file, which obviously is a lie. So I emailed the hotel where we stayed 3 days ago and have yet to get a response back. I’ve been jerked around by Agoda (DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN) as well as Quality Inn, which I will also never stay with again. This is terrible business. Especially considering we left the rooms immaculate. I’ve tried to wait to send this review until after everything was resolved but it’s clear Quality Inn has stolen my $100 and yet they still got their money. I didn’t get so much as an apology for the false advertisement of the indoor pool. Oh and I almost forgot to mention, the curtains would not close all the way or overlap so there was an opening where others could see in to the room.
