Lo bueno: habitaciones muy buenas. Instalaciones excelentes. Unas vistas privilegiadas. El personal muy atento en especial Agustína en la cena y el encargado de gastronomía. Tratan de solucionar todo. Hasta nos cambiaron de habitación por un inconveniente Lo malo: MUCHOSSSS NIÑOS, PERO MUCHISIMOSSS. Todos gritan, corren, nadie les dice nada. En los comedores temáticos imposible hablar con tanto griterío. 7 sombrillas para unas 300 personas, encima de mala calidad y el sol pasa (mi marido se flecho estando abajo) Una sola pileta ariborrada de bebés y niños. Siempre hay mínimo uno llorando. Les falta mucho personal, sobre todo mozos. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones lo manejan ellos. Lo ponen a una temperatura alta y hace calor Consejo: si van con la idea de estar tranquilos, leer, charlar, busquen otro hotel. Es imposible estar con tantos chicos.

Excelentes instalaciones, servicio muy malo. Por el precio, deben ofrecer un servicio a la altura de otros hoteles All inclusive, ciertas bebidas de aperitivo no están incluidas por ejemplo Aperol, vinos, daikiri, campari, baylyes, en las comidas te ofrecen buffet (3 tipos) también tenes resaturante tematicos, italiano, español, mejicano, en todos los casos las porciones son para pajaritos (muy pequeñas) los postres son colocados mucho después de haber terminado de almorzar o cenar. En la zona de la pileta faltan sombrillas. Cordoba se merece tener un hotel 5 estrellas All inclusive para ello la gente de Pueblo Nativo debe mejorar mucho. (Sugiero hacer Benchmarkin en otro hoteles)

El hotel desde la recepción hasta los mozos y el personal de maestranza impecables, participe de una jornada de experiencia holistica y la verdad todo muy bien organizado, estuvieron en cada detalle para hacer de ese momento algo realmente único!!!!!

Lindo hotel pero varias falencias. Fui en familia, éramos 20 y supuestamente habían mandado a reparar todas las sombrillas . Como tengo un bebé de 7 meses me la pasé adentro aislada y toda mi familia en la pileta . Donde viste un hotel 5 estrellas pleno diciembre sin sombrillas? 2024 gente, el sol lástima… hay chicos, bebés, que lamentable.

La verdad que superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Super limpio, el desayuno variado, rico y abundante, todo el personal super amable. Lo mejor del hotel es el equipo de animación! Le ponen la mejor onda para que grandes y chicos la pasen bien todo el tiempo! Volveríamos sin dudarlo, es ideal para familias con chicos pequeños.

El Hotel está muy bien, tal vez nosotros fuimos con demasiadas expectativas. Ya en el ingreso encontramos un ambiente más bien familiar: mucha gente en los espacios comunes y bastante movimiento (nosotros íbamos en plan relax). Nos alojamos un sábado con salida el lunes. Tuvimos que coordinar durante el check-in un horario para el desayuno del domingo por la cantidad de gente que estaba alojada durante el fin de semana. Recién el domingo por la tarde pudimos aprovechar el spa (está muy bien ese servicio). Los condominios son amplios, tienen una terracita con asador y una vista espectacular. El baño es pequeño, pero tiene lo necesario. En general, la experiencia está muy bien. Nos quedamos con gusto a poco, nos pareció que faltaba mantenimiento, que el personal hacía lo que podía... Pero como dije, tal vez fuimos con expectativas altas.

Entre las opciones disponibles con vista al atardecer o vista al golf escogimos pagar un mayor precio y tener vista al golf, pero la habitación que recibimos no tenía vista ni a una ni a otra, tenía vista a un arbol. Ante el reclamo recibimos una variedad de explicaciones absurdas como por ejemplo que nos dieron una habitación con jacuzzi que no pedimos y sin que nadie nos diera la opción de mantener la vista que promocionan en lugar del jacuzzi. La atención en general fue pésima. En el spa nos ofrecieron un descuento a partir de la tarcer terapia (tomamos 11) y tuve que reclamar 3 veces para que aplicaran el descuento correcto en la cuenta. De los restaurants abre sólo uno con una carta limitadísima y cada día faltaba al menos un plato. El sauna no andaba, en el spa te dan batas y pantuflas usadas en muy mal estado. Para el cumpleaños de mi mujer nos dieron un brownie viejo sin siquiera dulce de leche. Sencillamente un hotel que no está a la altura de sus aspiraciones.
