The view is amazing and the pool

La verdad es muy buena opción para estar lejos del pueblo y desconectarse, siempre y cuando vengan en carro. Creo que pocos hoteles ofrecen piscina, jacuzzi y spa, y estuvo increíble poder disfrutar esto y la espectacular vista en los días soleados que estuvimos. La piscina estaba helada, pero el jacuzzi sí era caliente. Tienen un lago diminuto artificial que no sirve para nada más que atraer mosquitos. Eso fue lo único que no nos gustó. En la habitación se sentía calor porque quedaba sobre el sauna, así que no sentimos estar en tierra fría. En general estuvo bastante bien: las camas muy cómodas y el ambiente tranquilo, ya que no había tantos huéspedes. Te dejan insecticida en la habitación para usar con precaución... La verdad sí nos picaron mucho los zancudos en la noche. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y porciones generosas. Comimos huevos al gusto, pan, arepa con queso, café/chocolate y jugo/fruta incluido. Hay que preguntar el precio de las adiciones porque nos pareció un poco costoso. No venden comida fuera del desayuno, por lo que hay que contemplar eso... Traer hasta el agua desde el pueblo. Resalto a amabilidad del personal y la buena sazón de la comida. Mis tres hijos, mi perrita, mi esposo y yo la pasamos muy bien!!!

El hotel queda muy lejos del pueblo....la carretera es destapada y el último tramo está en muy malas condiciones.... Las habitaciones estaban aceptables....el sitio es pequeño y pareciera en algunas zonas abandonado.... Me cobraron un precio exageradamente alto..incluso más alto que en hoteles en SantaMarta o Cartagena....

Hotel con pésimo servicio no se queda nadie en la Noche si se presenta alguna emergencia Las habitaciones no son como la página, no retornan el dinero a pesar de no tomar el servicio de las demás noches Entrada al hotel en muy mal estado y mala ubicación

Muy bonito el lugar con un muy buen servicio por parte del señor Adrián y su disponibilidad en el servicio al igual que el restaurante su comida rica y muy bien servida y por último el señor del bar gentil . En conclusión recomendado para volver.

pésimo servicio de desayuno: A deshoras, el comedor sucio, recibia pedido y se demoraban para venir a recoger nuevamente el pedido, al servir todo muy pequeño o poquito que no justifica el precio que cobran por noche....terrible. La habitación muy bonita pero la cortina del baño llena de moho (muy sucio). Muy muy lejos del pueblo y la entrada está destapada y mala. No se lo recomiendo a nadie

El hotel tiene comodas habitaciones, la vista es muy buena, sin embargo el servicio es bastante deficiente, adicional a esto el servicio de restaurante es malo, desayunos ofrecen a partir de 8;30 AM. Y la cocina la abren a la misma hora. Así mismo, no ofrecen variedad de platos y el servicio de restaurante es demorado y pésimo. La piscina no es aclimatada, lo cual no se permite disfrutar ya que el agua de la piscina es fría.

I have never felt less welcome in a hotel. Upon arrival, a very unfriendly and impolite receptionist insisted we pay a 20% tax on top of the Booking bill. This is a tax that only applies to Colombian citizens, not to foreign tourists like us. We have travelled for four weeks in Colombia, and have never paid this tax. We argued for an hour, and then ended up paying the 20% extra, because our children were so very tired after nine hours of driving. The website of the hotel and Booking promise a restaurant. However, there is only breakfast service. In the evening, you either have to drive 15 minutes on an unlit gravel path back into town, or eat take-away, which is rather sad. We killed at least 20 mosquitoes in our room before going to bed, and still slept badly because of mosquitoes buzzing and biting. There are no nets in the windows or over the bed. This could be a wonderful place, perhaps it once was, under different management. The view is beautiful, the pool is nice, the view is beautiful. But i am very sad that we ended up here, when there are so many lovely hotels we could have stayed in at Villa de Leyva.
