Maravillosas Vacaciones
Pasamos unos dias en familia maravillosos en un sitio muy tranquilo y con hermosa vista. Las habitaciones estan muy bien dotadas y son nuevas.
La unica observacion es que la piscina es hermosa pero por no estar climatizada el agua es muy fria para disfrutarla.

Buena experiencia
Buen servicio, es un hotel con zonas húmedas que no es común en Villa de Leiva, lo único es que el agua de la piscina estaba fría. Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, grandes parqueaderos y se puede llevar la mascota pagando un valor adicional.

Mi estadía en el hotel fue excelente y muy agradable gracias a la atención del personal. tiene vista a la cordillera y en general el ambiente natural, la comodidad de las habitaciones y la tranquilidad del lugar crearon una experiencia única e inolvidable. Esta ubicado a las afuera pero a la vez muy cerca. Por motivos de viaje debimos partir a las 6:00am, el supervisor y el personal al enterarse, nos prepararon el desayuno antes del tiempo establecido ( 8:00 am) para no dejarnos partir así. Un gesto que no se olvida; ya estamos planeando volver con toda la familia. :) Definitivamente recomendaría esta opción.

Horrible experiencia, antes de reservar llamé a preguntar si podía ingresar entre 9am a 10 am porque llegaba con mi hija de 6 años y esperar hasta las 3 era mucho tiempo, vía telefónica me dijeron que sí se podía. Cuando llegué a las 10:30 am aproximadamente, me recibe un señor con terrible presentación y de inmediato me hace mala cara diciéndome que el ingreso es a las 3 pm, le explico y me dice que él no puede hacer nada. Una actitud de me importa cinco y le pido que me cancele la reserva ya que si yo lo hago me cobran el valor que no era nada barato. El sitio no es nada especial y además queda lejos retirado del centro de Villa de Leyva, no lo recomiendo para nada, que personas tan antipaticos y con cero atención al cliente.

Excelentes instalaciones todo está como nuevo y más moderno. Gran amabilidad de todos sus empleados. Nos recibieron antes del check in. Muy pet friendly nos hicieron sentir como en casa no dan ganas de salir del hotel lo tiene todo. Comida deliciosa.
