La habitación no cumplía con lo ofrecido
Reservamos una habitación familiar para 4 personas, 2 adultos, 2 niños; al llegar se trataba de 2 habitaciones independientes en el altillo, las cuales no tenían comunicación y el baño quedaba por fuera con la posibilidad de acceso por cualquier persona en el hotel, simplemente subiendo las escaleras. Adicionalmente, hacía mucho calor en las habitaciones y la alternativa que nos dieron fue dormir con las ventanas abiertas, lo cual no era posible por los insectos. La descripción de la habitación para 4 personas no es real.

Excelente sitio, cómodo y lejos del ruido. Muy tranquilo y aseado. Muy buen sitio para descansar después de un día de caminatas por villa de Leiva

Casa hotel La Villa del Rosario Villa de Leyva -Colombie Pas recommandable- manque de sérieux Nous sommes arrivées à 16h en taxi ( n° 107). Le chauffeur a téléphoné pour qu'on lui indique l'adresse exacte puis téléphoné une 2e fois. Arrivées sur place il n'y avait pas de réception et personne pour ouvrir la porte. Au téléphone une 3e fois on lui a dit que quelqu'un devait arriver dans les 5 min. Nous avons attendu presqu'une heure dans un quartier désert sous l'orage sans abri. Une employée a fini par arriver. Devant notre mécontentement elle a appelé le propriétaire absent pour la journée. Ce dernier n'a pas pris en compte notre mécontentement, pas un mot d'excuse et simplement dit d'annuler la réservation. Il a fallu insister pour qu'il le fasse lui-même afin que je n'aie pas de frais à payer.
