Hotel Ventolosa

English: Over and over again I found myself watching the program "Nightmare Hotel" on television, but I always struggled to imagine a similar situation because I have never dreamed of booking hotels that had even a single negative review. Unfortunately, on this occasion a friend of mine took care of it, and because of him we lived two days in a scenario that would be perfect for the aforementioned program. Strange staff, a man who seemed drunk... the dirty and dusty rooms, the sinks full of insects and, from under the bed, just before going to sleep, a cockroach appeared that, because of its size, filled an entire tile of the floor... it was like being in a horror movie!!! Poor and inedible food (both for dinner and for breakfast), the mere appearance made your stomach turn... in fact, personally, I never touched anything... I care about my health! In general, all the environments are gloomy as the experience that is offered. Avoid like the plague.

An amazing experience at this hotel! My son, who has celiac disease, was there on a school trip for four days and found great availability on the part of all the staff, maximum care and attention in the food and service and the constant attention of Mrs. Francesca who did her best to provide look after him with exquisite dedication. Personally, it reassured me and guaranteed the peace of mind that we parents need so much when our children travel alone. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff.

Tout était excellent. Les employés parlent très bien anglais, ils sont agréables, et très serviables. Les chambres sont très agréables, très propres, il y a même un petit coffre fort ainsi qu'un mini frigo. La salle de bain est super belle et très pratique. Le restaurant est très bon, le service était très correct, j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Tout était super. Bravo.

Hotel a conduzione familiare. In gita scolastica. Sebbene sia situato fronte strada camere assolutamente insonorizzate. Nella stanza tutti i confort. Buona la cena ed anche la colazione. Personale gentile e professionale. Lo condiglio.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with a gift box for 4 people with breakfast and dinner included. We showed up as a group of 3. The room was very dusty when we arrived, I asked for a clean, the situation improved slightly, but there was still a lot of dust. The dinner was disappointing, just enough, not enough for a restaurant in my opinion, so much so that the second night I ordered pizza and that was better. At check out they asked us for 23 euros for two beers, a glass of watered down wine and two bottles of water..??!! Considering that we ate in 3 and we had paid/gift box for 4! It really shows little professionalism to ask us for this money. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this time I feel like doing it because the 4 star TripAdvisor reviews made me get the wrong idea in this case. Poor hotel!

Hotel w słabej lokalizacji. Wszędzie daleko, jeśli nie masz samochodu. Położony przy ruchliwej ulicy. Jeśli okna będą na nią wychodziły, to nie da się spać Pokój kiepsko umeblowany. W pobliskiej okolicy nie ma restauracji i sklepów spożywczych, żeby kupić chociaż wodę.
