This was up by a ski resort a bit far from everything. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi was overheated. We were not able to use it. The facilities were nice but no laundry to use

Great stay , accommodated my lack of Spanish. Spa is good but advertised “hot rocks” and did not deliver. Restaurant was great and also helped with the language barrier. Short walk to mountain and Ski area . No room service and house keeping did not include dishes 🤔

Me alojé con mi señora en este lugar durante 15 días y la pasé muy bien. Departamento nuevo, moderno y muy amplio. Mobiliario de muy buena calidad y, repito, ambientes muy grandes que dan la sensación de estar en Miami. Desde los amplios ventanales y el balcon, que cuenta con parrilla privada, se puede observar por horas una vista hermosa del cerro Catedral. Servicio y atención, diez puntos. Desde el momento de la reserva y la confirmación me sentí muy bien tratado. Por email, y luego personalmente, experimenté el grato placer de recibir la atención profesional que todos esperamos. La recepción siempre tiene lo que uno pide y ante cualquier inconveniente tienen una solución rápida. El servicio de limpieza, siempre a disposición y con buena onda. Cuando requerí servicio de mantenimiento... al toque. Un servicio que es digno de los mejores hoteles. Y si no me equivoco, es una bajada de linea desde la gerencia. No llegué a conocer a los jefes, pero por la actitud de los subalternos, se puede inferir que se propusieron hacer de este complejo turístico un centro de relax de alto nivel. Muy recomendable. El único tema, que a mi gusto deberían mejorar, es el horario del check out. Son muy estrictos y hasta parece que te están echando. Entiendo que en temporada alta, cuando los siguientes pasajeros están esperando en el lobby, hagan hincapié en la retirada urgente, pero cuando los departamentos están vacíos, podrían ser un poco más flexibles.

A la hora de hacer la reserva, preguntamos reiteradas veces si el condo era para 5 personas. Después de que nos hayan asegurado de que esto era así, decidimos reservar, pagamos 800 dólares el día. Cuando llegamos nos encontramos con un departamento muy pequeño donde tres de las cinco personas tuvimos que dormir en el living en dos sillones camas y una cama adicional distribuidos en una U. Más allá del espacio, jamás recibimos la hospitalidad que se esperaría de un hotel que estás pagando 800 dólares el día. Cualquier cosa que querías te lo cobraban, en mi experiencia esto nunca es así. El desayuno muy malo, poca variedad y el staff tenia mala predisposición, si querías algo extra como un huevo te lo cobraban a precios elevados y sin factura. En resumen, precio-calidad insólito.

Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste apart hotel, os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, boa limpeza, localização ótima bem próxima da base do Cerro Catedral. O restaurante nesta segunda hospedagem era terceirizado, era ótimo para o jantar a la carte, com várias opções saborosas e bom custo-benefício, mas para o café da manhã q estava incluído na diária era muito fraco, muito carboidrato, raras opções de frutas e proteína, inclusive se quisesse comer ovos no café tinha q pagar por fora, acho q deveriam rever isto, afinal não condiz com o hotel e seu preço.

Vinimos en dos familias con unos amigos y ellos eran un integrante mas que nosotros, nos dijieron que nos iban a cobrar 254 dolares por ahi y terminamos pagando 20 mas, los mismo con nuestros amigos que les iban a cobrar 271 dolares por ser 5 y les terminaron cobrando 400, tambien dicen ser para hasta 6 personas y es cierto pero las camas de los demas son unos sillones cama con unos colchones durisimos, despues de un dia pesado donde has caminado mucho llegas a acostarte y no duermes bien.

Es mejor la Ubicación del hotel club catedral para que los niños vuelvan del cerro caminando, para ir acá pasan muchos autos está feo . El departamento estaba muy bien . Los amenities no , exigentes para el check out, dolor pedia quedarme hasta las 11 Am, cuando el próximo entra por l tarde (yo estaba con un bebé ) . Me cobraron un vaso roto je , así detalles q no sumaban para bien . No volvería , el Próximo año con tiempo saco en club catedral , q es más sencillo el departamento pero están mejor los amenities y ubicación. El desayuno de acá es bueno y la gente muy amable .
