Es hermoso, con muy buena ubicación, a sólo metros de la calle céntrica .Cada habitación es un departamento,equipado con heladera, microondas, cocina, etc Mesa con sillas, sofá, 2 sillones y televisor En el dormitorio también hay televisor Solo jabón líquido como champú y acondicionador . Aire acondicionado en dormitorio y living comedor Desayuno buffet en piso 11 con vista espectacular. Pileta climatizada Muy recomendable

TENIA REPARO POR ALGUNOS COMENTARIOS, TOTALMENTE FALSOS EN MI EXPERIENCIA PERSONAL, LA LIMPIEZA EXCELENTE, LA PILETA ESTA EN EL SEGUNDO PISO SE ACCEDE EN ASCENSOR Y SE INGRESA POR DENTRO. PEDI DE SER POSIBLE SEGUN DISPONIBILIDAD VISTA AL LAGO. ME BRINDARON UNA HABITACION EN PISO ALTO CON HERMOSA VISTA AL MISMO. ES VERDAD QUE ESTA CERRADA LA PUERTA DE ENTRADA COSA QUE NO ME INCOMODO PARA NADA TODO LO CONTRARIO ME PARECIO QUE ERA REFORZAR LA SEGURIDAD DE TODOS, NUNCA PASO MAS DE UNOS POCOS SEGUNDOS EN QUE LA ABRIERAN, EL RESTAURAT ES MUY LINDO Y LA ATENCION CORDIAL.

The hotel is OK, well-decorated, and located in the center with a spectacular view of the lake. The staff is nice and helpful. The windows of the rooms do not close perfectly and in any case, are not sound-proof. So some traffic noise can be bothering at night. The breakfast is average/poor. No fresh fruit and no expresso machine. Commercial marmalade and jam.

Compré promo Spa Day, pasas todo el día en el hotel y tenés masajes en el spa. ES UNA MENTIRA. Nunca nos dieron batas para movernos dentro del hotel y el “spa”, tuve q pasar caminar 20mts al aire libre, en pleno invierno con 3 grados, para llegar del cuarto a la pileta climatizada/spa y viceversa, toda mojada. MUY MALO EL SERVICIO DE LA MERIENDA BUFFET, los mozos muy mal educados. No es un hotel 4 estrellas en absoluto. Las sábanas y toallas todas manchadas. El agua de la pileta con color turbio, sucia, sin mantenimiento. La masajista con MUCHÍSIMO olor a cigarrillo, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA. Muy mala. NO VAYAS!

Muy mal atendido. Cuando llegas, puerta cerrada, hay que tocar timbre y esperar a que haya alguien para abrir, no lo vi en mi vida en un hotel. A eso se le suma que hay una sola persona en recepción , imposible...cuando llegué estuve 10 minutos parada en la puerta porque la persona de recepción no estaba, se había ido a mostrar el hotel, increíble en plena temporada. Ni hablar de que haya alguien que te suba las valijas. Promocionan servicio de estacionamiento, pero cuando llegas te enteras que no tenes asignada cochera porque no hay para todos, y no tienen una lista de espera, es el NO servicio...hay que preguntar 100 veces y acertar que justo se haya ido alguien, otra cosa que nunca vi en ningún lado. Los almohadones y el acolchado de la habitación una mugre que se caen a pedazos. Y el aire gotea todo el tiempo. Te mandan una encuesta por mail y nadie te la responde… Una lastima que tan lindo hotel esté tan mal manejado, cero servicio al huésped.

Estuvimos una semana.La vista de la habitación al lago ESPECTACULAR.La limpieza de todo excepcional ( he ido a hoteles 5 estrellas y no tiene que envidiar) linda habitación.Cochera cubierta en el mismo hotel.Posee un muy buen restaurante.Realmente una grata sorpresa
