Todo de 10. Limpieza atención del.personal. El desayuno muy rico y el lugar divino. Lo único criticable es que cobren $1000 la ficha para el.termo. en una ciudad turistica donde el mate ya es una costumbre. hasta se podría tener una pava eléctrica en la habitación si quieren exclusividad para los huéspedes.

Las instalaciones muy buenas, la atencion en la recepcion (no todos, solo un masculino) deja mucho que desear. Deberian mejorar el sector de comidas rápidas y tener un servicio acorde al nivel del hotel. El resto bueno.

Excelentes instalaciones, la comida espectacular y la comodidad de las habitaciones me dejo sorprendido. Viaje por negocios a la ciudad y me aloje en el hotel, la atencion del personal fue muy buena. Tuve un imprevisto con mi vuelo de regreso y me ayudaron a gestionar otro. Super agradecido !

Buenas las instalaciones muy buena pero no tiene la calidad de un hotel de 4 estrellas está muy lejos de esa calificación. La atención en recepción de mala predisposición parecen que no eran del hotel no sabían bien la hora del desayuna aunque parezca algo increíble no dan información dejan mucho que desear. No hay relación de precios y servicios. En el desayunador nada rotulado no sabíamos cuál era el café el agua caliente la leche y muy mediocre y no me salió nada económico ehhh. No iremos más

My wife and I had occasion to entertain an overseas business man for lunch. We chose this hotel because of the name and we assume impeccable attention. There was no fault with the service but the availability of the menu items and the quality of the preparation was abysmal. My wife wanted Schweppes tonic water which was not available and the offer of an unknown brand was not acceptable. My wife and the guest ordered a special shared meat milanese with Ruccula. After accepting the order were told that only milanese of chicken was available. When this arrived it was dramatically over cooked, should we not have been entertaining the food would have been returned. I ordered the pasta with a special bolognese sauce. Again the special sauce was not available and a standard bolognese sauce was offered. When the pasta arrived it was again very much overcooked and best one could say of the bolognese sauce was that it was not cold.. Just an insipid watery and flavourless excuse for a bolognese sauce. Obviously we will not use a Howard Johnson hotel again.

Excelente experiencia en familia y con amigos; Fue nuestra segunda experiencia; En 3 años el hotel a mejorado un montón, siempre apuntado a la diversión de los más chicos: PERSONAL DE ANIMACIÓN 10 PUNTOS( Actividades durante el día para todas las edades). Cada espacio los peques lo disfrutan al 100% : Sus piscinas temperadas de baja profundidad y con entretenimiento. La Habitacion 309 impecable Y cómodo; 2 adultos y 2 niños( 4 y 8 años), Limpieza EXCELENTE, cerca del ascensor nada de ruido y nada de luz. Un frigobar completo. No le pongo la máxima puntuación por su restaurante( poca variedad y el encargo de noche poco amable), el check in y check out lento. VOLVERÍA CON MIS HIJOS Y AMIGOS CON SEGURARID!!!!

Mi experiencia en el hotel Howard Johnson de Carlos Paz fue un tanto desigual. La infraestructura es muy buena, y la recreación dentro del hotel es excelente, ideal para descansar y disfrutar en familia. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Sin embargo, hubo varios puntos negativos que afectaron mi estadía: las sábanas estaban manchadas, las toallas rotas, y noté vidrios rotos que no daban una buena impresión. El Wi-Fi no funcionaba en todo el hotel, lo que es un inconveniente hoy en día. La calidad de la cena y el desayuno dejó mucho que desear, ambos fueron pésimos. Por otro lado, quiero destacar la atención de la coordinadora Cecilia que fue un 100 y los mozos de la cena, quienes se esforzaron en brindar un servicio amable y eficiente, compensando de alguna manera los problemas del lugar. Viajé con la empresa de turismo Pedraza, que cumplió correctamente con la organización. En resumen, el hotel tiene potencial, pero necesita mejorar varios aspectos, sobre todo en limpieza y servicios, para estar a la altura de las expectativas de sus huéspedes.

Muy mala experiencia sobre todo precio calidad , habitación 211 un desastre el estado y la falta de mantenimiento, griferias flojas, sin funcionar el bidet, estuve esperando más de 24 hs por un juego de toallas a pesar de los pedidos , alfombras manchadas, la verdad , no se lo recomiendo a nadie, no quien da las categorias en los hoteles porque este sería cat. 1 , muy mal mantenido , gerente póngase a ver el mal estado de las habitaciones y recorra el hotel y vea un poquito para los cielorrasos y se dará cuenta como esta el hotel, gracias por un fin de semana malo en esa hermosa ciudad Carlos Paz.....

Pan duro en el desayuno, papas crudas, bebidas calientes, café y leche fríos y rebajados con agua, baño inundado, cucarachas en la habitación, una tortura la estadía!!!! Le daban a la gente de pedraza las sobras,de la noche anterior. Acolchados y sábanas viejas.un día no vinieron a limpiar, fuimos a buscar toallas y papel higiénico, y sacamos la basura nosotros...
