We were very well received at the reception by Bárbara and had dinner in the restaurant where Mr. António showed a lot of friendliness and kindness. At the end of our stay we had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Adelaide, a very friendly and welcoming lady. When we go to Gerês we already know where to stay.

Hotel bastante simpático. O staff é simpático. O quarto era limpo e acolhedor. A varanda com vista para a serra do Gerês vale varios pontos extra, pois apesar de só termos ficado duas noites, aproveitámos todas as oportunidades para nos sentarmos nas cadeiras exteriores a contemplar a vista. No espaço de refeições, é também possível apreciar o pequeno almoço com vista para a linda paisagem envolvente. Apesar de o pequeno almoço não ser muito variado, os produtos apresentados não são maus, com exceção talvez dos bolos, que nos pareceram ser congelados. Tirando isso, nada a apontar.

WE were given extremely tiny rooms although didn’t ask for that. Not even a chair in the room. Asked for a massage and were told yes for next day but then told person wasn’t coming in.
