Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, freundliches Personal und schöne Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist eher einfach gehalten, da es div. Thermalgäste gibt. Der Parkplatz liegt etwas oberhalb und ist ca. 300m vom Hotel entfernt, wie auch die drei Pools liegen ca. 800m vom Hotel entfernt (im weitreichenden Park mit Lagune). Leider gibt es kein öffentliches Thermalbad, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.

Vila pequena mas com uma imensidão de especis verdes. Hotel com funcionario mt simpáticos e boas condições. Os quartos mereciam 1 mini frigorífico para refrescar a agua (essencial nos dias mt quentes) Peq almoço basico mas satisfatório. Valeu a pena a estadia, preco um pouco elevado para as condições. Apesar disso voltaria a hospedar me no hotel

Desde o atendimento atencioso e profissional de toda a equipa, até às instalações impecáveis, tudo superou as minhas expectativas. O quarto era simplesmente ótimo — confortável, limpo e muito bem equipado, perfeito para descansar. A única sugestão que deixo seria aumentar a variedade de opções de leite no pequeno-almoço, incluindo alternativas como leite de amêndoa ou sem lactose. De resto, tudo foi espetacular! Recomendo sem dúvida e terei todo o gosto em voltar. ✨🏨

Infelizmente será a última estadia neste alojamento . Hotel Parado no tempo e sem grandes sinais de melhoria . Já é o terceiro ano neste alojamento e será certamente o último . Preço elevado para o serviço prestado . O pequeno almoço muito pobre e com demora na reposição . Horários da piscina são vergonhosos para um local de turismo e temperaturas altas . Triste realidade para os preços praticados .

Escolhemos o pacote "Repouso no Gerês" 3 dias com Spa pequeno almoço e um jantar. O Hotel sendo de 3 estrelas é melhor do que alguns 4 estrelas onde estivemos. Pequeno almoço excelente e variado. Os funcionários, tanto os da recepção como os do restaurante sempre disponíveis e simpáticos. O SPA óptimo. Voltaremos

A three-star hotel, where the sympathy of the employees is exceptional! It is a cosy, comfortable hotel with nice living rooms and good rooms! The breakfast is complete, and the dinner is very delicious! All the employees are very friendly! For us, the negative point is the Termas & Spa, which is located outside the hotel. Crossing the street on a winter or rainy day is not pleasant when heading to the Termas. I will still recommend this hotel!

É um Hotel 3 * superior bem melhor do quase todos hoteis de 4 * que estive e até que alguns de 5*! Normalmente so fico em hoteis de 4 ou 5* Tive a visita de familiares uma vez que estava a fazer Termas, que adoraram tudo desde os quartos, ás refeições, e a piscina do hotel que fica no Parque. O pessoal também muito simpático e atencioso.
