What was supposed to be an incredible holiday getaway for a group of friends with children turned into a complete booking nightmare. We had made this booking last year (2024) and had made all the deposits. However, in 2025, our travel agency informed us that the property had canceled two of our four rooms. The travel agent attempted to resolve the situation with the property, but they were met with a dismissive attitude. The property stated that they were happy to refund us the entire booking, but we could only have two of the four villas instead of all four. My biggest concern with a property like this is what prevents them from doing this again in the future.
