The ants were rampant throughout the room. At 2:00 in the morning the fire alarm wakes us up with a start, without any justified reason, after calling the reception several times, we only receive a: "Everything is fine, sorry for the inconvenience".

Excelente experiência! A vista ao tomar o pequeno almoço é brutal para o campo de golfe. Quarto impecável desde a limpeza, tudo muito bem cuidado... Restaurante com comida maravilhosa. Só é pena terem as bebidas muito caras. Na recepção foram mesmo fantásticos, Sr. Miguel é uma mais valia para o Pestana . Staff fantástico. Um paraíso com muito sossego. Adoramos e queremos voltar.

O que faz voltar a este hotel é sem dúvida o staff e a localização. Sinto-me em casa. O staff da receção (Sr Miguel) sabe qual o quarto que gostamos e no restaurante sempre muito bem atendidos com um grande sorriso. Voltaremos em breve e recomendamos!! A envolvente do hotel é bastante agradável. Tomar o pequeno almoço com uma vista lindíssima todas as manhãs!! Fim de semana super relaxante!

We have visited Vilamoura a number of times but this was our first visit to the Vila Sol. It’s a fab hotel, great staff and we loved the area, it’s in a quieter part of the tourist area Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday in a very comfortable and well appointed hotel.

What a beautiful resort! Everywhere you look was gorgeous. Stunningly beautiful gardens and little lake for the swans. So much to do with tennis, swimming etc. A real oasis of calm. You can hear the birds signing in the morning and so pretty to walk around. The staff were also exceptionally nice. The rooms are large and comfortable with the nice sized balconies with a table for two people. The breakfast was delicious, with gorgeous views My wife enjoyed "probably the best massage I've ever had" in the spa. We will be back and for a longer time!

Sítio muito calmo, só se ouve os passarinhos, as instalações são agradáveis, incorporando-se muito bem na paisagem. O staff é 5 estrelas, toda a gente muito simpática. Em suma tudo excelente desde o check-in, passando pela limpeza do quarto, a qualidade do pequeno-almoço, piscina, até ao atendimento no check-out.
