The staff make the hotel really . They are brilliant.very kind and great service .
However the breakfast and the amenities like the indoor pool are not up to scratch for 5 star hotel .
Breakfast was very low in quality and the indoor pool was so dated , small and honestly terrible.
The outdoor pool could use renovation too. The gym (you can’t even call it a gym as there is about 5 pieces of equipment in it).
My room was absolutely fab. Really liked it and loved where I was positioned, had the sun on it I’ll afternoon. Big rooms too either big balcony’s.
They should have a shuttle down to the marina like most other 5 star hotels in the area as it is far.
If you are a golfer I think you will enjoy this place , if you’re not then maybe somewhere with more amenities might be better for you.

The ants were rampant throughout the room. At 2:00 in the morning the fire alarm wakes us up with a start, without any justified reason, after calling the reception several times, we only receive a: "Everything is fine, sorry for the inconvenience".

Dias muito bons. Todos os espaços do hotel são muito agradáveis e convidativos. Quarto acolhedor, confortável e funcional. Sendo um quarto de vista jardim, a área exterior é muito boa. Levei as minhas cachorras e poderem passear no jardim fez a diferença. Os espaços interiores e exteriores estavam muito limpos. O restaurante é muito bom e com grande variedade de comida. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Sendo um hotel pet friendly, estava tudo muito limpo e sem confusão. Férias perfeitas, de tal modo, que não fossem ter compromissos profissionais tinha ficado mais uns dias.

Recepção negativa. Chegamos no hotel com nosso cão por volta de 12:30. O checkin-já sabíamos - seria somente às 15:00. Desde a reserva por telefone solicitamos um early checkin por causa do nosso cãozinho que ficaria cansado da viagem. Reforçamos isso em nossa chegada. Respeitamos as regras, mas acredito que não houve boa vontade do hotel em atender o nosso pedido. Afinal de contas, bastava avisar a equipe de limpeza que já estávamos no local e nosso quarto poderia ser priorizado. Mas sem sucesso. Tivemos que ficar esperando na piscina do hotel quase 3 horas. Uma observação: duas diárias do nosso cão custaram 60 euros.

A água do duche das wc's não tem temperatura constante. É muito difícil e desconfortável tomar um duche. A água tão depressa sai fria, como sai a ferver, não dá para misturar. E a água também não tem pressão suficiente, o que faz com que um simples duche demore quase uma hora...
