Laguna Resort - Vilamoura

I had the pleasure of staying at the incredible Laguna Resort in Vilamoura for one night over the weekend, and it truly exceeded all expectations. I wouldn’t have thought to stay in Vilamoura or at this particular resort if it hadn’t been recommended to me, but I’m so glad I did—it was a hidden gem in every sense. The apartment was stunning, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The view over the golf course was simply incomparable, whether bathed in the golden light of sunrise or the serene hues of sunset. Every detail was thoughtfully catered to, with standout features including fantastic shower pressure and excellent air conditioning, ensuring total comfort throughout the stay. Breakfast the following morning was an absolute highlight. For just €14 per person, we enjoyed freshly cooked bacon, eggs, and sausage, complemented by a deliciously fresh smoothie and unlimited access to a well-stocked buffet. The quality and variety were fantastic—such a great start to the day! Another major plus was the convenient location. It was only a short €20 taxi ride to central Faro, and €4 to Vilamoura Marina; making it the perfect spot for exploring the surrounding area while enjoying a tranquil retreat. I can’t recommend the Laguna Resort highly enough. It was a short stay, but it left a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely be back. A truly exceptional experience!

Fantastic Staff Amazing stay due to the friendly staff as well as great property - breakfast was superb with staff going out of their way to ensure you had everything you wanted and to your liking - we stayed 3rd to 7th May and had perfect weather- due to an early pick up on the last day we were packed off with a breakfast box which we took to the airport! We will definitely be returning

Brilliant stay and hope to return again soon Our apartment met all our needs. The staff we spoke with were highly efficient and friendly. We had the sun on our balcony most of the day. We stayed in February and some apartments can be cold but this one was warm and cosy from the moment we arrived. We walked into the marina and also used Uber which is great value ranging from €2.81 to €5.40 per trip. We will return again soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
