After reading reviews on here I was worried about our upcoming holiday here - what a waste of worrying !! Great location So peaceful and quiet at nighttime No sunbed issues - loads available any time of the day Great location - 15 minute walk to Vilamoura - €3.50–€4 in a uber/bolt 5-10 minute walk to spar supermarket Apartments are spotlessly clean - yes they are dated but they have everything and more that you need for a self catering stay Large balcony We had room 8111 - we paid a little more for pool view but 100% worth it Would I return ??- Absolutely and will recommend !

We have recently returned from 12 nights at this complex. We had a 1 bedroom garden/ pool view room and honestly the position overlooking the quiet pool was just fantastic really handy for us with a pre-teen that we could leave in bed and a few steps and we could lie on sunbed around the pool until he was ready to join us! The smaller pool was lovely and warm like a bath some days and could stand up all the way handy for a few ball games. The apartment was spacious yes dated but clean. There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets supplied so we had to buy would be really handy if left some as assuming everyone staying had to go out each time to buy! Or supply a small one and a few dishwasher tablets. The beds we found very hard and really struggled by the end of the holiday! Cleaners came every day except Sunday however they never touched the balcony the whole holiday I had to sweep and mop and wipe table down several times as would get covered in debris from trees and plants. The Marina was a 15/20min walk (5 euro in a taxi) and nearest spar 10 mins a little shop selling essential bits would be so handy especially considering the size of the complex! This for me was the biggest draw bag along with a lack of atmosphere in the evening a couple of nights we would have loved not to have left the complex and had a meal, and a few drinks at the bar but there was nothing going on no music or entertainment which would have been fantastic. I also found the food quite expensive for a pool bar €30 for a small pizza 2 beers and a coke! My final issue was there was no air con in the bedroom the place you really need it! So unfortunately I don’t think I would re-visit this complex however if those few changes were made I would 100% be back!
