This was a repeat visit to this hotel as we had such an enjoyable stay there last year. However we were rather disappointed in the condition of the relaxation whirlpools this time around. The jets were not working in the upper pool and the lower pool had several leaks and the shower head did not work.

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Portugal. The excellence of hospitality combined with the magnificent hotel facilities in our Alentejo, more precisely in the wonderful Vila Viçosa.

Sejour décevant
Séjour agréable dans cette petite ville pleine de charme.
Chambre au dessus du restaurant, très bruyante jusqu'à minuit ! Repos impossible en après-midi comme en debut de soirée malgré notre notification à la réception. La litterie et les coussins très durs ne sont pas à la heuteur d'un 5*.
Nous n avons pas tester la piscine car zone très bruyante également avec les enfants.
Les massages sont d'une grande qualité, meilleur moment du sejour, nous vous invitons a profiter d'un moment de décontraction.
L hôtel est très beau, du marbre partout.

Foi muito agradável toda a estadia. Quarto fantástico. Pequeno almoço muito bom. SPA demasiado climatizado muito frio quando se sai do banho turco. Espaço da piscina muito agradável. Nunca conseguimos ter estacionamento. Mas na avaliação geral muito bom
