The service was five star from the initial greeting through to check out. Accommodation was modern with glass doors and quality fittings plus a coffee machine which was a nice touch. Spa was very good although you need a shower cap for the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent and they even provided gluten-free pastries which was a lovely touch. Finally, the vineyard and surrounding areas are stunning.

We first stayed at Torre de Gomariz in September of 2024 and fell in love with the hospitality, comfort, and tranquility. We left to visit Nazaré but missed Torre de Gomariz so we drove back north for a few more days! The rooms are lovely with the most comfy beds and pillows, and luxurious baths. Wine and chocolate were delivered to our room. We returned this May after a stressful trip in northern Spain and it felt like coming home. Staff remembered the wine we liked and delivered a bottle to our room upon arrival! The breakfasts and dinners are amazing. The saltwater pool overlooking the vineyard is my favorite relaxation spot in Portugal. This hotel offers the best of northern Portugal’s hospitality, food, and wine. Braga, Barcelos, Esposende beach and Ponte de Lima are just a short drive away. But make sure you spend a day or two or three just relaxing!

Quiet 5-star hotel equidistant from Braga and Ponte de Lima, very nice room with unobstructed view. Warm welcome. The must-have is the excellent and varied breakfast (their breads are excellent...) in a cozy space, I highly recommend

Recentemente a minha Esposa e eu, estivemos hospedados no Torre de Gomariz Wine & SPA Hotel. É, sem dúvida, uma experiência muito boa. Os quartos são espaçosos e com toda a comodidade necessária. Os colaboradores são afáveis, atenciosos e gentis fornecendo as informações necessárias sobre cada prato e dissipando as dúvidas que ocorriam. O SPA é efectivamente uma mais-valia. Já estivemos noutras unidades hoteleiras a nível nacional e internacional e este oferece condições muito superiores a outras unidades hoteleiras equivalentes. Em suma, se durante alguns dias um casal deseja sair do bulício urbano e usufruir de uma paz e tranquilidade conjugada com um serviço de alto nível a Torre de Gomariz Wine & Spa Hotel é seguramente uma excelente solução.

Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, mit einem sensationellen Frühstück. Allerdings wäre es nach unseren Erfahrungen kein 5* Sterne Hotel. Das bezieht sich insbesondere auf die Zimmer, die sehr hellhörig sind und wo ein gewisser Comfort fehlt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Das Restaurant ist durchaus gut und empfehlenswert.

From the moment we arrived, we felt and saw the wow factor. The hotel is beautiful, the bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are large as well. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices. Our dinner menu was excellent and the food was delicious. The wines were top notch, we absolutely loved all the wines on offer. Everything was perfect. Even on wet mornings, umbrellas were left outside bedroom doors. Can’t fault this wonderful hotel. We will definitely go back. Thank you for making our stay soo pleasurable.
