Estadia maravilhosa, desde a chegada, com as simpatia de todos os funcionários até à saída!!!!! Tudo 5 estrelas!!! Pequeno almoço variado, com vistas para o jardim. Piscina interior com a temperatura da água agradável. Espaços comuns como o bar e a biblioteca muito acolhedores.

Atendimento excelente. Bar e restaurante com excelentes profissionais, muito afáveis. Muito bom apoio de quarto e recepção. Quarto com excelente conforto. O spa ficou aquém do esperado, face à qualidade do hotel. A sauna e banho turco precisam de estar a temperaturas mais adequadas (elevadas), não ultrapassaram os 55 °C. Também acho que seria benéfico ter mais jatos de água, jacuzzi e circuitos de água. Penso que seria prudente ter estes aspetos a ser melhorados como prioridade.

Absolutamente irrepreensível - BELEZA, LIMPEZA, CONFORTO, LUXO E STAFF MUITO ACIMA DA MÉDIA! Todos os pormenores foram pensados para o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e acolhedores; a partir do momento em que se entra na propriedade os funcionários fazem-nos sentir especiais. Serviço de valet parking de topo. Check in personalizado e desconstruído. Quando chegamos ao quarto as surpresas continuam - a atenção ao cliente está sempre presente. Ao sair, ficamos com a certeza que se trata de um patamar acima do serviço de um outro qualquer hotel 5 estrelas. Não consigo deixar de recomendar a amigos e conhecidos!

L'hôtel est incroyable, tout est beau et imaginé avec beaucoup de goût. On ne s'attend pas à trouver un si bel hôtel dans ce petit village. L'accueil est parfait. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, le restaurant est digne d'un étoilé. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le bar est surprenant avec comme œuvre d'art une magnifique voiture de collection. Tout est parfait. Nous reviendrons.

We booked this 5- star Maison for a week, just after it opened and did not have much to gauge its service level on due to very limited reviews. We should not have worried as from the moment we entered the driveway the concierge was next to our car to take the car keys and look after the luggage. Check in was also a personal service in the drawing room with a glass of champagne and seamless introduction to the Maison. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with large balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Breakfast was again a personalised service rather than buffet and dinner provided a great selection. The steam room, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool are beautifully located and well serviced. As the owners of this Maison are clearly car enthusiasts, the bright coloured Ferraris come at no cost to observe while sitting in the bar. We travel the world extensively and stay at some very nice locations, however this Maison fits in a different class. It is only small with 28 rooms/suites and ample space (both inside and out) to relax. Each day we selected a day trip within an hours drive which allowed us to explore the most Northern parts of Portugal less visited by tourists. We suggest you book this Maison quickly before the rest of the world finds out what is on offer here!

Stayed for two nights and had an amazing hotel experience, the spec and standard of the hotel was extremely high level. The staff in the hotel were amazing and I could not fault the service, especially David, Artur & Diogo the bar staff who made the best cocktails and made our stay fun and memorable. Will definitely look to come back next time we visit Portugal!
